It was quick and easy to maneuver

It was quick and easy to maneuver. The down side is that I have been charged 69 dollars every month for charges and my divorce is finalized in December. Not sure why I’m being charged and I have contacted them on the website without any issue resolved.

Divorce profile is easy to use and you dont have to pay court costs and dont have to go to court

Everything was so easy to use and I was able to file with the courts right away to get my uncontested divorce going which makes everything so much easier

Does not work for Quebecers

Does not work for Quebecers - You cannot do the notarization online. The forms are all in French. One question told me to refer to a chart, but did not say where I could find the chart. I needed to pay for customer service help to find out it's referring to something provided by the government. I ended up going with a lawyer in the end, after paying for months.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Divorce Profile. From the beginning, the cost of services was not clearly explained, and additional expenses arose that were not communicated upfront. The process was also extremely slow, with significant delays in completing and submitting required paperwork.

Most concerning is that the courthouse has informed me that certain documents still have not been received, even though Divorce Profile indicated that they had been submitted as part of our agreement. This lack of clarity and follow-through has caused unnecessary stress and confusion during an already difficult time.

Overall, I found the service to be unprofessional and poorly managed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise others to carefully consider their options before using their services.

However, as explained during the process, the next stage of the filing requires payment of the second mandatory court fee. Unfortunately, the court will not accept or process the second filing without this fee being paid, which is why the process could not move forward.

Our team communicated this requirement at the time, but without the second court fee, it is not possible to complete the next submission to the courthouse. I initially spent $300 for the filing

I initially spent $300 for the filing, $69 for their service, and $30 for a case manager. Immediately followed their instructions and filled out my part. I was NEVER given a case manager and no one reached out to me. I the. Got charged another $99 for the subscription. After several months I keep reaching out to get excuse after excuse. Finally I asked for my money back more than once with no response. Ive given them ample time of a year and I still dont have my money back nor a divorce. Its already stressful enough without the added mishandling of my case.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, I paid $99 to reinstate my subscription with them last Friday, didn't hear anything from them on their website. They refunded the money only to take it out today and still no progress on my case, and there's no way to contact them directly other than email.

Great, but they need more people

The company seems to be drowning in work, so my case ended up all but forgotten. After one message, customer support realized their shortcoming and issued a refund as well as canceled future payments.

I have 1 star because everything…

I have 1 star because everything concerning my divorce ended last year September 2025. Just for me to realised they have been billing me from October 2025 to January 2026. I have sent an email , sent a messgae and no one is responding. I dont even know where to go to end my subscription. Am still requesting for my refund. People can not work diligently and genuinely. They always have to add scam to it.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to file my paperwork for months. I've completed the forms and have no idea how to proceed. I have tried to send a message through their support page, and there is always an error message. My emails to their "support" go unanswered. The company does not have a pubished phone number.
It is nearly mid February, nearly a month since I made formal complaints, and Divorce Profile has responded to my poor rating by requesting more information. Mind you, they have still not contacted me by phone or email to assist with me in any manner. It appears the company owners are more interested in upholding their image than providing actual assistance.
