I logged into my Unifed Court System profile on Sept 5 2025 to check on the status of my documents to find out that my divorde judgemnt was filed on August 19 and I was never notified. Why you ask? Becuase when divorce profile set up my profile with the Unified Court System they put an email that does not even exist! I am now having to go back through the court system because I missed the deadline for me to send in my notice of entry. I do not understand how a mistake like this could have happened. Divorce Profile has my email in my account with them, how could they incorrectly submit that information with the Court system!? I even reached out to the Divorce Profile team via the chat on the website and of course, no response. I even paid to renew the subscription hoping that would get me a response. Nothing. This is honestly unacceptable and now I have to correct a mistake that I did not even make because I was not notified when my documents were filed. Absolutely unacceptable.

The process was easy to understand, complete and simple to follow. Happy to have found this Divorce Profile available. Very convenient and helpful.

Do not use them. Just hire a lawyer. They drag out monthly membership fees, there communication is horrible, I haven’t received a response in over a week. And my divorce is uncontested.

This is an absolute scam, it took my money several times for a subscription fee. Also after I was done with app paperwork including notary, it said that it was insufficient and it was never officially placed into the New York State system to be submitted legally and officially. This was waste of time

They just took payments from my account without permission.

Hidden fees, hidden subscription. There was a hidden fee to begin with, plus I had other things to work on for a couple of months assuming that after paying $200 I would be able to pick up from where I left off. Nope, it is a subscription model, so I have to pay another $99 to finish up. This “service” is predatory.

I was told last month that’s subscription was canceled and a few days ago I was charged again. I left a message and asked for a refund since it was supposed to be canceled and my divorce is finalized. I received an email saying it was unrefundable. I feel like from the beginning I’ve been ripped off. I will not recommend divorceprofile to anyone, ever.

I filled out paper work the 1st day I needed them. I have filed and in the process. So why would I need a subscription???? Charged me one month later. Not even sure I remember that being a thing. Why would a subscription be necessary
