I should have researched before ordering from this site. The shoes that I have ordered are advertised as leather but are made of material that feels like paper, they are not even shipped in boxes so they came like cheap china toy. Don’t waste your money.

Wish I could give this a zero star rating. This company sucks. All China sizing, zippers don't work, I am a large in the jacket size so I ordered an XL and it was still too small. Then I shipped my jacket back to them and they still after 2 months have not sent me my new jacket. Calling my credit card company now for a charge-back.

Would give 0 or negative stars if it was an option. Took forever to deliver my order and when it did finally come only half of the order was delivered.
The shoes are NOT LEATHER very poor quality. Very poor customer service. I emailed them several times and all I ever got was an automated response. Do not buy from this company nothing but cheap Chinese garbage!

If you need it now DONT order from here, it comes from China and takes 3-4 weeks. Also i am a very tall guy and usually a xxl or xxxl will fit me fine. I ordered the xxxl hoping for the best, it came marked xxxl but it must be in a child size as i cold not even get it over my shoulders, My girl friend now has a nice leather jacket and i am OUT.

I received the jacket and it was not sized right, normally use a XL. Sent it back at my cost and received a jacket marked 2XL and received the same Jacket. They evidently do not know how to size their clothing. I am sending back for a refund, which now will cost me as much as the jacket. That I could have spent on a American made product. Do yourself a favor and buy American.

I ordered the L-size jacket from them 3 Months ago. But they delivered 3XL size. So, you guys imagine how they work. When I complained them about the size issue they told me to return to U.S even it was originally came from China. For return cost, i spent SG $ 41.63 and especially my half day precious time to register the delivery at Singpost Office. After I received the exchange jacket then they pledged me to refund the return cost SG $13.00 only but until now I haven't receive it even i chased them to write-up the Email several times. So, please don't support and order anything from their store even they will give you 90% discount. They're really BASTA*D CHEATERS!!!!

Terrible, cheap and misleading product and not real leather. Received jacket and after wearing twice it was falling apart - armholes were torn etc. Received a replacement and same again and their customer service refused to refund me. AVOID - it's a con.

I ordered 2 jackets with discount of 75% through instagram advertisiment as closeout sale. Total cost is $135 or so. Yesterday I have received a tiny package on which it's written "Jacket", inside there is a wallet :)

My shipping labels for jacket on their order still says "Shipping label created" (means not even shipped)

When I asked the support where are the jackets I ordered and why did I get a wallet instead they replied replied that it's a gift due to delays in shipping and that yesterday they delivered the jackets and I should look around or ask my neighbours where are they.

So typical SCAM I will cancel through CC company. Wish I read this feedback here before.

Biggest bullsh... Ever cheap Chinese work for way to much money. Telling you on Facebook its a sold old and the shop ia from us. Buts not.

This is a scam, they are a Chinese based company even though they claim to be in Nashville. Do not, I repeat do not order anything from them. It takes months to recieve even though they say it will take up to 10 business days.

I purchased a leather jacket that was marketed as "slim fit" but, when I received the package, the product was a regular fit, larger than the size chart advertised, with poor stitching. I reached out to customer support for a refund and they refused to give me a full refund for the product. Now I needed to file a complaint with the BBB. Never ordering from here again...

Not real leather. Never buy again

The product they claim to be leather is fake and upmarketed by 75%!

After a quick search through AliExpress I found the jacket without their tag and only for $30. Took over 1 month to get and makes sense now..

Terrible experience all around...
2 Jackets took 17 days to arrive in the mail. 1 of them was ripped, so I contacted Dixon Leather. They agreed to refund me for the jacket back in January 2019. I have never received the refund, and have contacted Dixon Leather multiple times, with little to no response.
The last time I spoke with Dixon, they said it was probably my bank's fault. Checked with my bank, no incoming refunds from Dixon. I guess I'll have to wait another 2 weeks for their customer service to reply.
I will NEVER order from these jokers again.

Do yourself a favor and avoid ordering anything from these Sheet Bags. I ordered a leather jacket from them for $80 and what arrived was a poorly stitched pleather coat a size too small.. (even after using their sizing chart). I attempted to get an exchange going for something larger but after 3 weeks and several emails they're not doing a thing. It's an $80 loss to me, enriching some sleazy scumbag peddling trash from his remote confines of safety. If you're the founder at Dixon leather I'd love to have a man to man talk with you about an equitable exchange of goods. For now my "jacket" sits in the back of my truck waiting to be gifted to the next homeless dude in need of some temporary warmth.

Absolute garbage! Ordered XXL, be lucky if it's an L! Typical Chinese company, now they don't want to take it back for a full refund. Offering exchange or credit coupon. I would have never purchased from them if I'd known they were Chinese! Probably going to have to dispute it with Visa now. Read all the other reviews. You have been warned!

These are not leather jackets. The company is misrepresenting both itself and its products. They are also Chinese so it's a nightmare getting a refund. Do not buy from them.

This is a Chinese company pretending to be out of Nashville, TN. Jackets are plastic covered split leather. Sizes are Chinese so if you're a Medium you probably want an XL. The liner of the jacket I received stuck out farther than the actual sleeve. Overall it was garbage. Wanted to send it back for refund. They take 2 weeks between every e-mail to respond. They state nothing about a restocking fee but claimed that they would have to charge a 15% restocking fee. I didn't care. I sent them the jacket back. Weeks later they still hadn't refunded my money. I sent them an email. A couple weeks after that got a response saying the refund had already processed by their credit processor. Weeks later and still no refund. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank and got a full refund.

The jacket was really poor quality, and the "company" blatantly lies on its website. When I asked to return the POS they sent me (per their 30 day return policy) I was given the choice of a 35% refund and keeping the jacket, full credit for another jacket, or exchange for a new size. Stick to DHgate if you want cheap chinese- manufactured clothes but with reliable service.
