Garbage! Please, please, please don't waste your money! Advertised as genuine leather and it's Pleather!!! It's also 3 sizes to small!!!

The took more money than the cost it self , THEIVES!!! .
Waiting for the refund I already called my card company .

When i ordered my jacket i thought it was sale stock coming from America. But when it turned up it was plastic from china how come this company can mislead the public intp thinking they are buying a leather jacket

Absolutely terrible, isn't leather as stated, 2XL is actually medium. Wish I'd read the reviews first, stay well clear of Dixon Leather. It's just cheap Chinese crap.

Buyers please do not order anything from this company. They said that they are based on American company no but thats the false advertisement. They get their stuffs from china they are really bad quality. They send you the wrong size wrong product and later if you want refund or exchange they will charge you restocking fees and all other stupid fees. They never reply you. They never answer your email. I am about to complai BBB.

BUYERS BEWARE. Ordered this from UK. Just received the jacket. Looks good but is of a very poor quality. Looked up on wikipedia as to what PU leather is as per the description and came to know it cannot be even called leather in this country. Very misleading from name of the website.

Just isn't leather.

Totally misleading advertising and as such a crooked operation.

Also smells very synthetic. Ultra cheap industrial materials. Low quality.

May look ok in low light at a distance but if you put it on it feels yuk to the touch.

If they didn't claim it was leather this wouldn't be a problem

This is not leather. It is PU. Simulated leather. It is made in China and took 3 weeks to arrive from China. Ordered 27Feb19 and got it today, 18Mar19.

I bought the "leather" Biker jacket. Reviews said they ran small so I bought two sizes up (3xl) from what I would normally wear(xl). Sleeve length, jkt length are ok. I am Broad shouldered and it is very tight.

Positive notes.... Looks nice. Stitching seems good. Zippers on sleeves and pockets seem good. Even front zipper seems ok, BUT the zipper pull is on left. Opposite of U.S. male jackets. The liner is thin but seems of ok quality. The PU fabric is heavy and feels like leather. Even has a hint of leather fragrance, but Google PU Leather so you know what you are getting...

I paid $75 for it. I would wear it if it fit, but had I researched it before and found it was PU i would not have bought it at that price.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I order a jacket and shoes. The jacket was the worse quality in the market and the sticking all coming off. The shoes? I received a tracking notification from China. They are buying ordering product from China and acting like this is USA leather. I contact the company and provided them photos and videos of the product. They never got back to me.
Please do not waste your money.

Ok so I ordered a what I thought was nice leather jacket boy was I wrong I got it and it wasn't the right color didn't fit even though it claims to be XL and for some reason the zippers on the left side and not to mension it took two months to get there

I ordered a jacket and Oxford casual shoes. The jacket was supposed to be a large. I presume the Chinese have a different sizing standard. What I received was anything but. It for like a small. I had a hard time just putting it on nevermind trying to zip it up. It has been 3 weeks still no shoes. Good luck trying to get ahold of customer service. No one answers the phone and email takes s week to get an answer.

Placed an order, then read all the reviews on the poor quality items. Originally was happy with PU leather but reviews were saying that even for PU the quality was really bad, so I decided to cancel.
Contacted them within a few hours of ordering and received a quick reply. Customer service rep asked for a reason for cancellation and offered me a discount to continue the order.

I replied by saying the reason was personal (didn't really want to say I had changed my mind essentially based on reviews) and would prefer to continue with the cancellation. I then didn't hear anything for 2 day - despite their website saying 24/7 support. I sent a few follow up emails as I was getting suspicious that they were ignoring me after figuring out I was going to definitely cancel the order - and let's be honest other reviews don't say much about their credibility.

However, I am pleased to say that I was contacted after two days informing me that the order had been cancelled and to allow for up to 10 days for the refund to process. 2 days later, the money was in my account.

Whilst I can't say much about the products they sell, from my personal experience, I had relatively no dramas cancelling my order and receiving a full refund. I should mention that I'm an international buyer, so if they wanted to, they could've made it a lot harder than they did if they really wanted to keep my money.

Ordered before Christmas and was told it would get here in time. Didn't get it until the 27th and it was the wrong size. Had to go through a lot of hoops to return it and communication with them was sloooow. A few times they wouldn't respond for over a week.

Leather was a cheap quality too and smelled extremely bad when it arrived. Like someone had worn it and sweated in it for days.

This is like a Wish App company for leather.

I ordered two belts. They were expensive even with the going out of business sale.
One arrived today. It is about 6 inches to short. The quality is marginal at best.
Dont trust this company.

I received my Biker Jkt about 20 Minutes ago. It was tagged XL but I can't even get my arms into the Jacket not impressed with the quality either leather is really too thin to be a motorcycle Jkt, maybe if it fit I would wear it as a casual leather Jkt. But as a "Biker Jkt' I don't think so. I have been riding bikes a long time (I'm 63) been in two bike accidents and let me tell wearing a helmet very important after that the leather is next thing that is important. In closing not impressed!

I saw a "going out of business" add on Facebook, so placed an order December 3rd. The next morning I asked if I could cancel the order (after reading the horrible reviews). They responded that the order had not processed yet, so that I could cancel it, but asked if I would go ahead with the order at a reduced price. I declined; I just wanted my refund...no harm, no foul. I have checked back with them several times since then (it is now February 19). Each time they ask me to go ahead with the order at a reduced price. They refuse to refund my money, but assured me that I cancelled the order before it was even processed (my card was, however, charged immediately). I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in Nashville. Do not use this company.

So you guys are scammers. No doubt in my mind. Your picture is way different than what actually arrives in the mail. This is intentionally misleading. I reported you on Instagram so you don’t trick any more people than you already have. The “leather” is not actual leather. I don’t know what it actually is, but it’s not leather. The package took forever to arrive, and to add more insult to injury, they sent the wrong size. And I heard they charge a restocking fee. How dare you?! Your product is garbage and you won’t even allow people to send it back for their money back? I guess it makes sense that you guys are going out of business. I don’t know how you’ve been in business so long. Worst experience ever. 10/10 would not recommend.

after 40 days they side that my shipment was lost
then i have asked them for a refund, they replayed that this will take 50 days to be done , in other words FORGET ABOUT YOUR MONEY

I've seen the same jacket that these guys sell at a site called Buff Eagle. I've been scammed by Buff Eagle before (ordered and never received a product). I reached out to Dixon's customer support and they assured me that Buff Eagle was a knockoff scam store so I decided to purchase from Dixon. I got my jacket in 10 days and am happy with it. If you're going to buy the jackets pictured on their website, only buy from Dixon!!

absolutely too small the size XL is the biggest they have. But XL is even not a L.
The quality is ok.
