IT IS A SCAM

I ordered the Jacket and received it 3 weeks later in the mail via Chinapost, not domestically shipped. It was too small, I ordered a large jacket and they sent me a medium. After multiple phone attempts which always give an outgoing message to email customer service only, contacting Dixon was impossible. No reply after multiple attempts via email. Finally, I was advised to return the item at my cost and suffer a 15% restocking fee, but they never gave me the address where to ship it back. There is no physical Dixon leather store in Tennessee and return shipping to China is ridiculous. This is not a "no hassle return" and a complete internet scam. Do not be fooled!

I Ordered my product in december . Have not recieved yet . And every time i email, I get no response. BE AWARE.

I don't know how everyone here is complaining about shipping when mine arrived in 3 days. It was shipped from California (odds because the website address is Nashville), but California not China. Decent wallet

My jacket came with a free wallet and a thank you card signed by the founder. Very kind touch. Will buy again next fall.

Jacket was a bit thinner than expected, but it is only $80 afterall. Can't expect to get a $500 leather jacket, that's just wishful thinking.

I was a bit worried when the package arrived from China. With how patriotic their marketing is, you'd think they would be shipping from the states. My items came in really nice packaging and honestly, better than anything I'd find at Marshalls or Zara. I checked their website and it clearly states they have a warehouse in China. Gotta read before you get so angry with them, although I do like to support American companies.

One of their ads had like 100K likes and I was wondering what the commotion was over some leather jackets (the ad was very provocative so maybe that's why). I bought their Slim Winter Jacket with a discount code: DL15 for 15% off. If anyone is reading this make sure you use it to. Jacket arrived in very nice packaging in 10 days. Can't complain.

My only complaint with these guys is that they really bombarded me with ads. I couldn't go on Facebook at all without seeing them. I guess it worked because I ended up buying. I love the jacket, but you guys still keep hitting me with ads!

Ordered jacket for my son for Christmas. 4 weeks for delivery arriving AFTER CHRISTMAS and it’s THE WRONG SIZE! I immediately began trying to get this resolved but to no avail! I can’t even get them to respond to my messages/emails anymore. Also, I thought I was dealing with an American company only to find out its probably just a drop shipper for goods out of China. What a SCAM of a company!

I've seen ads for these leather jackets all over Facebook and was scammed by another site that claimed to sell them. This made be very weary, but I was still in need of a jacket. I ended up buying from them on a whim and don't regret it. Best leather belt that I've ever owned.

Ordered two jackets! 3 weeks later arrives one jacket wrong size! Another 3 weeks later arrived the other jacket. Same thing - WRONG SIZE! I shipped them back on my expense. 3 weeks later arrives only one jacket. Guess what....Again Wrong Size!!! I’m pulling my hair out filling dispute!

I think they used bicycle for shipping.....too slow! They said its coming from Tennessee but its from China!!!

Just mark as dispute transaction guys. They won't stop these frauds.
I have ordered the leather shoe 👞 but they sent one creepy thing from china with no tag no box , just on bubble wrap. Now they are messing with me on return policy on a single day.

I found that I ordered a jacket and was the wrong size . Had really no opportunity to wear it because of the mild winter. I contacted them and was asked why I waited so long , and about their 30 day return policy . I wanted anexchanged and had no contact since the 30 day policy . Does one day after makethat much difference especially when it was not the size I ordered

I purchased as a big middle finger for all the liberals out there complaining about wearing animals. These guys have some provocative ads that offend the leftist tinkle bells - which earns my business any day. The bad reviews on here are probably some Bernie Sanders supporters getting angry.

I'm normally very afraid of buying anything from Facebook ads after some bad experiences. These guys had great service and even sent me a free wallet as a thank you for my business. For a old geazer like me, I love manners.

I really liked the jacket I received and liked their crazy advertising even more. Gotta love companies with a good sense of humor.

Dixon Leather's website is misleading. Their products are from China and take weeks for delivery. Also, you cannot cancel an order or get a refund due to delivery dates.
