Billy was very quick to respond and to give me a quote for the work which was very reasonably priced.

We needed a power flush to get our central heating working correctly. It was a big job and two plumbers were here for most of the day. They were very polite, they worked neatly and quietly whilst I worked from home.

I will recommend using this company to my friends and family.

I had a new combi boiler (from an old standard system) and a shower fitted by Jay and Aiden at Dixons. The whole process from start to finish was brilliant. Jay came round and did an assessment, explained everything to me which was followed up promptly with a quote from Billy. After me changing a few things to the quote, I was booked in the following week.
The guys were punctual, polite and left the place spotless. They got my google nest up and running for me and answered all my questions throughout the 2 days they were here. My experience (so far) has been pretty faultless and I would definitely recommend Dixons to family and friends.

I had my boiler fitted 4 years ago, and this was my regular service.
It was booked at a time that suited me, and I received an advanced call too.
The gentleman who attended was very polite, and knowledgeable.

Fantastic service, quick & correct assessment. Aidan came back with a bright shiny new kitchen tap! Excellent can do attitude, fitted it quickly, (fixed the cupboard door at the same time) cleaned & tidied up & all working as it should! Highly recommended will definitely use again!

Dixons are a professional company. They fitted a new car charger for us, also fitted a new boiler in the house.
They were polite and explained everything to me.
When they finished the jobs everything was left clean and tidy.

Dixons responded quickly to my enquiry and provided a quote within 24 hours of visiting. The plumber and electrician who came to do the work were friendly and both did a good job, making sure they kept any mess to a minimum and cleared up at the end of the job. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Easy to book a job through their website. Reasonable prices and they turned up on time and got the job completed with no issues.

Engineer completed task but not quite to requirements (decommissioning gas supply for utility provider to strip out). Engineer sourced not readily available part and altered as necessary. No fuss and no additional cost. Great service.

The Electrician was professional, polite, friendly and on time. Job done to a very high quality and I am more than happy with the work. Really interesting to find and old work colleague now works for them lol. That was a blast from the past.
