No customer service at all

Ordered I shirt but got the size wrong so I had to send it back . It’s bad enough that you have to pay shipping 20€ but when i reached out to the company but I got no reply, I ordered a new shirt and sent the old one back, now after a week and 4 emails later I still haven’t herd anything. The have not sent the new shirt an ordered or given me a refund for the old one . Luckily I paid with PayPal so I can get my money back from my latest purchase. Do not order from Dixon Europe!!
