My order was delivered

My order was delivered. It took some time and there was no communication in the interim to ease the fear of being defrauded. Cash is king and so is communication. I still wish the DiYshop triumph and ALL the success! Grow and be Proudly South African. We need you!

DIYshop uses DSV couriers

DIYshop uses DSV couriers, they delivered the package to the wrong address. DSV customer service is poor to say the least and I reported the lost package to DIYshop,they only sent a mail to DSV, no urgency too assist in finding the package from both parties. DIYSHOP I think your must resend the goods and then battle with your chosen courier to get the lost package back.

Refund not paid for return as claimed,just received store credit to use on next purchase

I ordered an angle grinder assuming it was a cordless model ,it wasnt so alerted DIY as soon as I received it and requested it to be returned, pass a credit for shopping for something else. Eventually received notification acknowledging return and recently a credit ,payment refund with ridiculous charges, total rip off and guess what ??? No payment received. Will never support these crooks again. Advertised price is never the same as selling price. They advised i had been refunded,paid which wasnt true.After bugging them for proof of payment ...minus ridiculous handling fee was now advised i have a store credit to use on next purchase !!!!wtf i will never ever buy anything from Archies rip off store
