I ordered an angle grinder assuming it was a cordless model ,it wasnt so alerted DIY as soon as I received it and requested it to be returned, pass a credit for shopping for something else. Eventually received notification acknowledging return and recently a credit ,payment refund with ridiculous charges, total rip off and guess what ??? No payment received. Will never support these crooks again. Advertised price is never the same as selling price. They advised i had been refunded,paid which wasnt true.After bugging them for proof of payment ...minus ridiculous handling fee was now advised i have a store credit to use on next purchase !!!!wtf i will never ever buy anything from Archies rip off store

Anti Israel business
I don't know why businesses get politically involved when they work with and rely on the public. Received the items alright, but with a "Free Palestine, Boycott Israel" plastered over the delivery note. I am disgusted. Don't force your political ideology down my throat, last time I visit this shop.

They fix their mistakes
Ordered a dual pole slimline circuit breaker, was sent the incorrect product. I was initially told I have to pay for return shipping, but after they realized the mistake was on their side they were happy to fix the problem.

I ordered ski rope for my borehole…NO MONEY BACK
I ordered ski rope for my borehole order no 310073 on 2Feb. Afyer 4 days i enquire about delivery and found the courier was canceled. I phoned in and wat a disgrace. Hhey were looking to found out wat wrnt wrong and at the end offer to refund me. Upto now i haven't recieved my money. I would not after my experiance recommend them.
