Zack Pedrick of Easy Auto Ship was awesome!!! He helped me get our FORD F150 shipped from the mainland to Hawaii. It could not have gone better. He even saved me quite a bit of money compared to other quotes I got from other shipping companies. He followed up with me throughout the process. I highly recommend him and his company.

Nelson transported my Prius Hybrid from NJ to SOUTH CAROLINA and he did a wonderful job.
I am living quite of the grid and he found my place easily . He was very professional and people oriented and I highly recommend him and Easy Auto Ship . Prices were very reasonable . Five stars !!!!!!

Wonderful experience! Never shipped a car before, honestly didn't know what to expect. My son received his orders and was stationed at Fairchild Airforce Base, Spokane WA starting the beginning of May this year. We are from Cleveland OH. Our first thought was for him to leave his car home and get a short term lease out there to get around. Nothing reasonable for him could be found so then he was looking to purchase used, that didn't work out either. So after almost 2 months without a car he ask for me to ship his car to the base. I searched many transport companies, got 6 quotes. Price was a factor but competency and quality was most important. I looked at the reviews for ALL the companies I quoted with. Colin from Easy Auto was the first person to call me. I had already read the reviews for them and was definitely considering them. Colin noticed that I was shipping to a military base and offered to see if we could get any bids with a discounted price. I agreed and with 2 hours there was a bid! Fast Freight Trucking took the bid, contacted me within 30 minutes to arrange a pickup date and time. This was on a Wed. they said they could pick up on Friday between 4pm- and 9pm but if any delay occurred they would be there Sat. morning. I was thrilled and so was my son, we had the ability to be flexible. I wanted to pre-pay, I didn't want my son to have to worry about obtaining a certified check or anything like that, he has enough to worry about. They were totally fine with that. The driver with Fast Freight, Paul, kept in constant contact with me on Friday. He called me at 8 pm and said there was a delay and he wouldn't make it until after midnight and offered to come in the morning. My husband and I talked about it and had no problem waiting until midnight. It was 12:20am when the car was loaded up. I let my son know it was on it's way and should be there in 5 to 7 days. Fast forward a little, two days later. I receive a call from Paul while out shopping that he was arriving to the AFB in 3 to 4 hours. What? It's only be 2 days. I needed to verify it was the right car, I was so shocked. They got my sons car from Cleveland OH, to Spokane WA in less than 3 days! The car arrived completely undamaged, exactly the way he remembered it. It was dirty, but that is to be totally expected. They made an young Airman so very happy and a nervous mom very relieved. I understand that my situation might have been unusual, maybe just luck that his was the last car on the transport and the first one off. But I will say this, regardless, the customer service and communication was outstanding. I got emails, texts and calls. My advice to anyone is, have patience, be understanding and try to be as flexible as possible. My son is not going to be in Spokane forever so he will need this service again, and we will definitely be calling Easy Auto Ship for the next time.

Anthony at Easy Auto Ship is a nice guy, however I would NEVER again use this company to ship a vehicle for me. They changed carriers without notifying me, didn't show up the date/time I paid EXTRA for. Eventually showed up 24 hours later.

I paid $200 to have the vehicle ('66 Ford Galaxy Convertible) detailed prior to delivery. By the time the vehicle was delivered (in the wrong location), it was loaded with dust everywhere. I was told by the driver (who barely spoke English) that it was because he had the top vent of his trailer open. Over $2000 for nightmare delivery.

Vehicle purchased at Gateway Classics...wouldn't ever buy from them again either. Was told the vehicle "ran great" and "I [Johnny] loaded it on the trailer myself..." Well, vehicle left me stuck on the highway within 15 minutes of driving it. Another $900 to get it home; had to leave it in a Pep Boys parking lot in downtown Baltimore. Yes, I used a different transport company (through Geico). Funny, nobody took an ounce of responsibility, or even offered to cover the additional $900 I was forced to pay to get it home. Both of these companies are deceptive, to say the least.
Advice to All: DO NOT purchase a car UNLESS you or someone you trust spends a few hours with it, including a hard road test. Once you buy it, it's your problem; these companies simply move on, knowing that you would have to throw good money after bad money to file suit against them. No good will with either of these companies. Facts.

Used them and had a good experience

They didn’t pick up my car in the window quoted. They said monday-thursday with 24 hour notice. They picked up on Saturday. Inconvenient because I had to leave and arrange for friends to drop off. Delivery was a few hours later than expected, otherwise, they did the job, my car was dropped off and all went well. I would use them again knowing there is a wider window and not stress.

I have used this shipping company several times in the past without any complications. The process was always easy, reliable, and affordable. However, this time was a COMPLETE disaster. I made arrangements for my vehicle to be picked up 3 weeks before the dates I needed. I was quoted a price, agreed to the price, signed the agreement, and I was given a 4 day window for pick-up. As the window approached, I was never updated or re-contacted by Easy Auto regarding any changes. 2 days into the window, I reached out to the transportation specialist who set up my agreement and could not get a response. 30 min later a dispatch person called stating someone was available to pick my car up that day and the NEW price was $150 MORE because it was same day pick-up. I quickly advised her that I did not request a same day pick-up nor needed one. I was given a 4 day window and a different price 3 weeks earlier and if those 2 things are honored that was what I was requesting. Immediately, the Easy Auto guy who had not reached out or called me back NOW calls and states that there was a price increase and the computer quoted the wrong price. Then he stated that the driver left and now I would have to wait for a new one. I then agreed to pay $50 more than I previously was told ONLY to because Easy Auto REFUSED to honor the price rate guarantee they clearly state they have on their website. It is a LIE. They guess prices, and haggle, and literally stop answering calls and texts when they have someone who will pay more money. At the end of the 4 day window I was originally given, I had only been able to successfully contact Easy Auto 2 times. Each time, the Easy Auto transportation "specialist" was not sure when another driver was going to be available because I declined the 1st one. Completely, misrepresented the facts which were the abrupt and non-transparent price increase. I escalated to a supervisor who was confident that the window given would still be honored, and although it was the last day of the window and I was leaving the state that same day, there was still time for a pick up could still be arranged. A dispatcher did call with a new driver but NOW the pick-up day is 3 days LATER on a Monday when. I spent 4 hours rigorously looking for a safe place to leave a vehicle because no time was invested into securing a driver during the 4 day window. On Monday, my car was not picked up as I was told. I attempted to contact the supervisor and the Easy Auto specialist, No response. I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get a call back on Tuesday from Easy Auto stating that my car was picked up that day Tuesday. That was a LIE! The person I left the car and keys with still had which is why I was calling Easy Auto. My car was not picked up until Wednesday. I NEVER received a call from anyone at EASY Auto regarding the delays, deception, or even a basic apology. Everyone including the manager gave excuse after excuse about how they don't "control" what happens next. This was a traumatizing experience that I would never want anyone else to go through. I really hope you guys read the full review and make a better choice than I did. Money over company reputation = ENOUGH SAID/RUN!

The movement of my vehicle went very smoothly. They arrived when they stated and it was delivered on time. They were kind enough to leave the inoperable vehicle in the driveway as requested. They did request payment via Zelle, which offers less protection for me. They also got somewhat insistent upon me when Zelle did not deliver the payment immediately, despite it stating on the app that it could take 1-3 business days.

What a great experience!  We spent weeks reading reviews, getting quotes, having people constantly email, text and call us.  We were really hesitant and worried about the whole process, but Easy Auto Ship was AWESOME!  The person we first dealt with, who made us feel comfortable about even proceeding was Gary.  He went over the process, told us exactly what would happen & we booked with him - the amount he gave us, was the amount we paid.  We thought this would take weeks, but after we hung up, our car was scheduled for pick up the next day. We had to change that as it was TOO fast & I texted Gary - he took care of it.  I got another text a few days later, Gary was off, but the person I responded to, talked to me right away & cleared up any confusion I had (specifically, they scheduled a new driver since the first one was too fast & I wanted to make sure I wasn't paying twice).  We had a classic car, shipped it NOT enclosed and it came to us perfectly - in fact, the driver came a day earlier & that dispatch person was SO responsive and wonderful as well.  If we ever have to ship a car again - I will use Easy Auto Ship.  They made this unknown experience a wonderful one.  We didn't have one issue that other people talk about in reviews (wrong rates, people not returning their calls, never hearing from people - it was a perfect experience).  I talked to at least 3 people at Easy Auto Ship - they were all great, but if it makes you feel better - ask for Gary.  I didn't trust this process at all, don't trust people often, but Gary gave me the peace of mind that this was the right way to get our car from MA to IL, SAFELY and at a price we feel was reasonable.

Easy Auto Ship did exactly what our agreement said to do. I would recommend and use them again.

A very good experience! I have not had many good experiences with shipping companies, so this was refreshing.

Easy Auto Ship put me at ease with a stressful situation. I have never shipped anything before and had read horror stories of things that can go wrong. EAS put me at ease when a driver assigned gave me questionable information and when EAS was contacted they looked into my concern and came away with the same thoughts and promptly found a different driver to assign. The experience was professional and polite through the entire process. Vehicle made it to its destination with no issues. Thank you EAS.
