Easy Auto Ship was amazing! I got their recommendation off of Forbes Advisor, as they were listed in the top 4 in the country for this service. They were pro-active without being pushy. Staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Car was picked up and delivered as promised. Communication was constant from start to finish. Great experience. Will definitely use their services in the future and will recommend to all of my friends.

The service representative was OK, although communication was a bit slow. The driver (Barrington at Roilett Transportation) was great. I used Easy Auto Ship mainly because I could prepay 100% of the charges with a credit card and I got an up-front guaranteed price. Once the paperwork was finished on the 13th, the car was picked up on the 14th, and delivered in Las Vegas, NV on the 15th.

I couldn't have been happier with the entire process. The staff at Easy Auto Ship were friendly, helpful, and provided clear advice regarding my options. My chosen vendor was incredibly easy to work with and my car arrived in great condition. I'd highly recommend their services

Easy Auto Ship was excellent to work with. From the time my order was placed to the delivery of the vehicle, Easy Auto Ship was involved and made the whole process as smooth as possible.

My vehicle was dead because key had been left in AUX position. Driver did not carry portable batter starter. Driver got stuck in mud with trailer blocking my driveway entrance/exit, so I had to miss work, and stuck truck made huge ruts in my turf. Trailer partially destroyed a tree. Driver spoke/understood little to no English. I ship many cars; this was worst experience by far.

Friendly and easy to get in contact with. Texting is very convenient.

My experience with Easy Auto Ship was very pleasant. I specifically worked with Gary on having a vehicle shipped across the country. Gary was very informative on the process and made it a smooth one. I had to postpone numerous times (even after a driver was dispatched). Gary was on it each time and was very patient with me. Every time I called his number with questions or info, he answered and greeted me by name. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have a vehicles transported. Very satisfied customer and will use them every time.

The Easy Auto Ship agent who helped me, Zack, was good. I didn’t hear anything for a couple days and when I called in for an update, they informed me they didn’t have a hauler and within minutes of me hanging up, I had a text with a hauler assigned to shop the vehicle. This is where things went downhill fast. The hauler said he would pick up on Wednesday, which he did, and drop off Thursday morning. We made arrangements, took time off of work and at 8:30am, after no further communications from the hauler or Easy Auto Ship, decided to call for an update. We were informed the car wasn’t in fact being dropped off in the morning but would be there between 6pm and 7pm. Then at 6:40 the hauler calls to say he is waiting to drop off another vehicle about to 1.5 hours away from us and he doesn’t know when that car would be picked up so he will be there on Friday morning. I informed him that we had already taken a day off and can’t take another day off so he would have to drop off after 1pm Friday. The hauler proceeds to complain about how he can’t make money by transporting just one vehicle and had to pick up a second one but fails to see why we can’t take a day off and then call out the next day. Anyways, he agrees to drop off after 1pm Friday. Next thing you know, at 10:30pm on that same Thursday he calls to say he is an hour away. So our car was dropped off at 11:40pm. Unloading the car and signing paperwork was completed by 12:30am. It’s unfortunate that Easy Auto Shop takes absolutely zero ownership of communication after they charge you their broker fee. And they don’t hold their haulers to any sort of standard in terms of communication or timeliness. I probably could have saved the broker fee I paid EAS and gotten better service just contacting a hauler in the area.

Easy Auto Ship was extremely timely and easy to work with. Gary assisted me with the steps and the timing was just perfect. They picked up my car before my flight and they dropped it off a few days after I settled in my new state. I would def recommend.

Last minute, on the Friday before Presidents Day they set up a truck and a boat to transport my car. Very nice and professional people. My flight left 5 hours before driver could pick up my car, the driver figured out a way to help me. I even screwed up making payment and the driver was so nice and polite about the situation. I will be recommending them to everyone.

Very professional, great customer service, and fair pricing. They were able to set me up with a great carrier. My car was shipped from California to Colorado (in the middle of winter) and it arrived as promised! No delays or problems. I will use this company again in the future.

I was a little apprehensive about shipping a car cross country as I have never done that before. But Gary from Easy Auto Ship was super helpful throughout the process. He put my mind at ease with his friendly and professional demeanor through out the process. There was some confusion with the truck driver regarding the luggage in the trunk of my car. I called Gary and he resolved the dispute within minutes. He even followed up with a phone call after my car was loaded onto the truck. This is a company that treats their customers very well. And, My car was delivered on time.

Very pleased with Easy Auto. However, they almost picked up vehicle day later than originally scheduled. I was able to alter my plans but had to deliver to alternate location to ensure maintaining original pick up date. Delivery of vehicle went well.

Easy auto ship contracted with Timothy’s Transport to ship our car from AZ to CO. Both Easy Auto and Timothy’s Yransport did an excellent job!

I highly recommend this company if you have a vehicle that needs to be shipped anywhere. I was in a pinched and they bent over backwards to make sure my car was shipped the next day after being jerked around by another company.

Wonderful experience and the communication was excellent. Having car shipped was a new experience and there were a lot of uncertainties on my end, but they made the process stress free. Special thanks to Lindsay for setting things up and to the driver Donzi who kept me in the loop on when I can expect delivery.

Waited for a week with another company to have my car transported from PA to LA with no luck. Called around found this company. Spoke to Zach who had my car here within days!! I highly recommend Easy Auto Ship! Thank you Zach

Excellent service - Highly recommended
The broker, Zach, was very friendly and helpful. He arranged transport of a new vehicle from Kentucky to Sarasota FL at very sort notice with a tight deadline and exceeded expectations. My initial enquiry was only late morning on Sunday and the car arrived in Sarasota at 10.00 am Wednesday morning. I was kept informed of progress by the driver who called the night before with an eta and they reconfirmed the following morning and arrived bang on time.

If Easy Auto Ship cannot place the damage on the carrier, they will attempt to ask you to use your insurance. They will tell you the wording or document to claim to not raise your insurance to curb Easy Auto Ship or the contractor’s responsibility. There is an interest between the latter relationships that will not include you when finding situations from my experience.

The main item to ask prior to using Easy Auto Ship service would be:
• IF damage occurs during transit, how many claims have been approved (settled) or not approved or in the customers favor? Oddly, this is hidden and doubt published to raise eyebrows on the side weighing heavily in their favor *Not the customers*.

• Is Easy Auto Ship provides a cover or shield for cars or physically enclosed within a trailer?

• Whose insurance is on the line with the amount as well as the amount each company covers IF carriers differ. What are the limits of the carrier AND MOST IMPORTANT what would be the least amount until Easy Auto Ship’s insurance kicks in.

After, I was ghosted. The above queries would be important to tell the story to make a sound judgement to leverage Easy Auto Ship’s service or not.

There is a business gap within Easy Auto Ship’s favors themselves to distance themselves from the contractor (carrier) in my opinion that needs to be closed.

Having an adjuster be made available would be helpful, though their business model may not support the added cost burden to do proper justice for the consumer.

I contracted to move a vehicle from Houston Tx. to up state New York and the service was excellent from start to finish even with the unfortunate truck break down along the way. Efficient and friendly staff topped by an excellent drivers who kept me informed throughout. I really cannot fault anyone involved. I would certainly recommend them to others based upon my experience.
