I contracted to move a vehicle from Vienna Washington to Clermont Florida and the service was excellent from start to finish. Efficient and friendly staff topped by an excellent driver who kept both ends informed throughout. I really cannot fault anyone involved. I would certainly recommend them to others based upon my experience.

Great broker to work with! Super easy, the partner that I worked with was super friendly, helpful, and got the vehicle delivered by the estimated time, and also arranged for the pickup less than 24 hours from when the order was put in via Easy Auto Ship! A great service, super effective and easy to use. Also cost effective in comparison to others I received quotes from.

Was a flawless experience. Lindsey was a great help and immediately took charge in coordinating our transport. Also the young man that actually made the trip was well mannered, knew exactly what he was doing and arrived at the destination when he said he would. Would never use nor recommend another company for this service.

HOOOO boy, this was a blast. I’m a service member overseas, and I had a vehicle shipped with easy auto ship. Everything seemed to be simple and relatively straightforward. Until the vehicle actually arrived at my home. I asked the driver to park the vehicle in the back of my home so my roommate could receive it. When the driver moved to do that, he revved the motor on startup to redline. The driver then went to pull out on the street, almost got sideswiped, and the tore off around the back well over the speed limit. How do I know this? I have a video from my security system. I attempted to contact easy auto ship multiple times, and even sent them the video, to no avail. I know they’ve seen it, since I hadn’t sent it to anyone else and it has views.

Man was this dissapointing. Highly advise going with just about anyone else. If you’re going to offer a service, stand behind it and own up to your actions.

I had the pleasure of talking with Samantha, she immediately put my worries at ease and she is the main reason I chose this company! She was easy to contact even after the initial phone call and answered any questions I had. I called a bunch of other places and none of the other customer service reps were nearly as personable. And, she found me a transport company that got my car from Ohio to Washington state before it was even estimated to arrive! Thanks Sam!

This is our 3rd time using Easy Auto Ship. Our rep Richard Desantis has been great with answering all my questions (sometimes repeat question!) and coordinating according to my schedule. Would recommend.

Contacted the DIY transport to ship a car 1600+ miles and within a week they found a driver and by the next evening I had the car. Lindsay who helped coordinate transportation was polite, super quick to answer any and all questions, and the drivers were similarly nice and helpful! Would definitely use again or suggest to a friend.

I worked with Richard, he made my life so much easier. I purchased a car from Columbia MO, and I and in I am in Georgia. This was an over 900 mile journey. This was my first time ever using a car delivery transport and was overwhelmed with all the quotes I almost gave up. Then that one phone call from Richard changed everything for me. He told me my price, the estimated date of delivery and he came through. I paid what he quoted me I had my car within 3 days tops. The driver text me to let me know that he was 15 minutes away. He had my car down of the racks and ready. He was polite and courteous. I would defiantly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Richard!

Easy auto shipped my SUV from Florida to Nevada. I would use them again.

Fantastic experience! I received quotes from five different companies for enclosed transport of my '67 Mustang. Most were unrealistic 'low ball' quotes for open air transport that were meant to simply connect me with the company only to raise the price at booking to account for enclosed transport. That was not the case with Easy Auto Ship. Their quote was realistic right from the start and proved to be extremely accurate. However, I chose them because of their representative that reached out to me to understand my specific situation before providing me a quote. Abby Cartumini was friendly, understanding, and responsive. I had a very tight window for pick-up, with less than two weeks’ advance notice. She proactively messaged the shippers in my area to see who might be able to meet my needs. She found one quickly and confirmed the price she originally quoted me before booking the shipment. When I had trouble reaching the shipper, she worked with dispatch to confirm both the pick-up date and time. She contacted me after both my scheduled pick-up and delivery to verify everything went smoothly. Throughout the entire process, she answered every phone call, responded to every email, and texted me with relevant updates. I was not just a number; she knew me by name and treated me like family. This seemed like a daunting process at the outset, but working with Abby at Easy Auto Ship removed all of the stress. I would STRONGLY encourage you to use them for any of your auto shipping needs!!

Anything but Easy!
Promises weren't kept. Dates slipped. Fortunately we had some flexibility on the pick up date. My problem with them was not price or final outcome. My issue is the didn't communicate. They promised a date for pick up and when they weren't able to find a driver they didn't or email the truth about the lack of success. As the day approached I had to hunt them down for updates. The car pick-up date had to shift a few weeks.
The driver, Art at Roller Coaster Transport, completely ghosted us,. He didn't return calls or text, was a day late on delivery and had people waiting around waiting for delivery after saying he was an hour away, never showed up and finally at 11:15 p.m.he answered a text to say he would come the next day. The car arrived in good shape so the story ends well.
I have shipped cars in the past and never had an issue. These guys, not so much.

In the beginning everything went great—very competitive quote and the account rep responded quickly to my questions. However, I was told we would get a call from the auto transporter 1 week before they pick up the car to tell us which of the 3 pickup window days the driver would be there. That never happened. I was also told on the pickup day the driver would call an hour in advance. He did not, nor did he ever show up. I tried calling the driver’s company but couldn’t get an answer or even leave a message due to their full voicemail. When I contacted my Easy Auto Ship rep, he totally blew me off, saying drivers are often delayed, drivers usually don’t communicate well, blah blah blah. When I kept getting no answers from him, I called the driver’s company again a couple of days later and was told their driver’s truck had actually broke down so they were no longer taking the contract. So of course the driver couldn’t show up when he was supposed to. Why was I the one having to track this information down, especially when it was 3 days prior the car was not picked up? I Easy Auto Ship’s Customer Service who tried to tell me they just received the information a half hour ago. The car had to be put up for contract again, resulting in further delays. The new driver seemed great. He called right away with the day and time frame he would pick the car up. On that day, he called in advance and came on time. Close to delivery he called with the day and time he would arrive. Due to the delay, my relative was working at 7:30 am when the driver said he would deliver the car. My relative asked for a different time and was told it had to be that time or he would put the car in storage and daily fees would accrue until someone went and got it. When my relative tried to explain what had happened, he was yelled and cursed at. The driver did call back a couple of hours later and apologize and agree to a different time. What a nightmare.
