After reading reviews here I started worrying but my order arrived on time, exactly 14 working days from placing order.
There was not much communication until the day before the delivery. Then I received couple messages from the courier regarding delivery slot. Order arrived in pristine condition. I'm very pleased with my panels.

I ordered 3 panels, standard sizes with no custom cuts.
The product its self is good and as described, so thats all good.
However the service was very below par, having checked reviews before ordering i had hoped for better.
My order was placed on the 02.03.26, i heard nothing for a week and a half, i know the wait time is 2 weeks, but would have expected a 'we have your order' email. I called and got through to a wonderfully kind lady who i have to say was very nice and she explained that they were busy and it should be with me, by a third party courier on the 18.03.26.
The 18th came and went with no word, so I called again, to which I was told the system had been down and it was know due for the 23.03.26.
This time I did recieve a text from the third party courier, with the matching date.
Come the 23rd, I get a follow up message to say their collection had failed...
I called the office 4 times, firstly i wasnt answered.
2nd i had been put through to a mobile extension while someone was running to the post office and was told 'i'll get back to you in the hour, promise'
3rd i rang 2 hours later, again told systems were down, which is why it had failed and that she'd ring the courier and get back to me
By this point i'm starting to think this is a scam and ive wasted the best part of £200!
4th time there was no answer, so i left a voicemail, asking for conformation or a refund.

To which i recieved another text message with an updated date (again) for the couirers, 27.03.26.

Finally on the 27th i get a phone call from the courier, who was beyond useless, he rang saying he didnt have my address (it was written on thr box)
Could i 1. Text it to him 2. Send him a google photo of my door...after replying with a winky face, i was rather annoyed. Now i personally dont think this chap could read, as he proceeded to send me endless photographs of neighbouring cul de sacs and random house doors, saying 'this good'... none of which were mine! I gave clear instructions of my house, even pictures and a pin point on a map. He continued with pictures of random alleyways, at this point i thought this was all a sick joke. He rang and god bless a neighbour took the phone and directed him to the correct door.
To say i was shocked is an understatement.
Again product is good and all, but never again shall i use this site, I am beyond annoyed.

been nearly a week since Angie was meant to be checking on where my order was, no response still, sent another email, who knows if she will reply as ignored the last, I waited 6 days - no idea if order will EVER arrive, communication is extremely poor and I would NOT recommend this company for that reason, its not worth the annoyance of being ignored, i have asked for a full refund - who knows if she will reply to that email either - so long story short, no idea when my order may arrive as been weeks! and no idea if I have been ripped off or will get a refund! maybe after seeing this Angie may have the courteousy to actually reply to emails

UPDATE - seems adding reviews finally gets you a reply - thankyou for finally replying to me, and finally updating me after my emails being ignored

UPDATE - refund was not issued before my review as i have evidence of on my emails (date and times) - i had a reply via email after my review as stated previously, on which you then said you would issue a refund! what a underhand thing to write - just be honest - again another reason why i DO NOT recommend this company,

Ordered panels from these guys and was extremely surprised with the quality of the panels considering the price we paid. They are fantastic quality and so much better then the panels in the local DIY shops. The delivery was also well within it's time listed. Thank you very much and I will definitely buy from you again.

I would have rated my experience higher, but it took a very long time from initial contact to actually placing an order. Mostly due to calls / emails not being responded to.
However the team were generally extremely helpful, the products great quality and the delivery time between order and receipt excellent
Would definitely use them again despite the initial communication issues

Great service, I had an enquiry about my order so rang the customer service, I got through without any long wait. I spoke to a really pleasant lady who was very helpful. Panelling came well packaged and just what I was expecting, I would order from them again

The ladies on the phone were really helpful, they helped me get the right size of product for my bedroom wall.

Getting increasingly concerned- placed order on 1st Feb, website states 14 day delivery but not heard anything since order confirm - have tried ringing and it just rings out & goes to voicemail and email not responded to. If there it’s delay I just need to be informed

Awaiting order for 24/02 and then I will submit a review on my experience, but so far so good communication via email.

Great quality tongue and groove panelling from this company. It arrived when it said it would, was well made and great value when compared with what is sold in DIY stores. The panels are a good size at 60cm wide and I found them easy to cut, sand and paint. I have ordered more as the quality and service were really good.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but the lack of customer service from this company has been disappointing. I placed an order for panels on the 24th January and have yet to receive them. My email requesting an update and expected delivery date has gone unanswered. Phone calls ring out before going to voicemail.. I hope to receive a response to this review, as there seems to be no other way to reach the company. I am happy to amend this review if someone can provide an update. I don’t like leaving negative feedback, especially for small businesses, but I have exhausted all other options for making contact.

Realised I had made a massive error and left it extremely late to order my wall panelling the team pulled out all the stops to get it to me ASAP, the panelling is great quality and looks fantastic.

Great product fast delivery. Looks amazing when it is up.

Ordered just before Xmas and arrived just after.
OK, so it took over 2 weeks but then, it WAS Xmas time.
The panels look good and were well packaged.
They were also competitively priced.

Like many others I waited a long time for the panels to be delivered, so long that I thought I'd been scammed.
However, the worst thing is the panels themselves. Absolute cheap rubbish and a waste of good money. I can't believe the other reviews that say they're happy with the panels.

I installed wall panels in 2022 on a wall that I had previously had to re-paint every few months due to salt coming through (old house, no proper foundations). The wall panels dealt with the issue perfectly and looked great.

I have just received my second order which I received within 4 days of placing the order. This was a standard product order, not bespoke, but, even so, this was excellent service so close to Christmas.

Knowing how easy it was to install the first set I’m actually looking forward to this DIY project! Thank you!

Ordered panelling 18/11, had no response regarding my order, despite multiple emails, really disappointing, if they are struggling to meet demand, at least an email update would be appreciated, wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
