No order and no update
I ordered just two panels three weeks ago — nothing unusual or complicated. Last week, I emailed to ask when I could expect my order and was told it would be delivered on Friday. Friday came and went with no delivery. I’ve since emailed again for an update and have received no response.
Really disappointing service, especially for such a straightforward order.

Excellent!!
Great product, superb customer service and delivery was extremely quick after contacting the team and arranging for a sooner date. Really cannot recommend this company enough. I would happily award even more stars if they were available!

Elizabethan wall panelling
The panelling was excellent quality and so glad we purchased it with backboards. Installation was straight forward. Order came without end post and the wrong capping and it was dealt with immediately and delivered next day delivery. Excellent company and service. Highly recommended A+++++

Ordered 6x 1200mm by 600mm double V panels. Arrived on time and packed really well. When I was ordering they were very helpful on the phone and am looking to order more from them soon.

Excellent Customer Service
This is the first time that I have used DIY Wall Panelling LTD and have to say the customer service from start to finish was excellent. The samples we ordered turned up very quickly. The order turned up on time stated. We ended up having to order one more panel due to our mis measurement and that order turned up really quickly. Definitely would recommend this company

Communication was rubbish - ordered after chasing given a delivery date so rearranged- the date was wrong finally arrived after 3 wks - order had top trim bits missing. Raised this but heard nothing back

Hi Abigail, thank you for your review. We shipped the parcels out within the timeframe, however DX Couriers did cause issues with the delivery after the delivery date was re-arranged & we do apologise on their behalf.
Regarding your Top Trims, You ordered 2.4 Linear Meters of Panels, as per your email you state you received 3x Top Trims which is enough to cover the 2.4m Linear Length you ordered & we have always shipped 3x Top Trims with 4x 80x60 T&G Style Panels. We ship out Top Trims to cover the linear length of the panelling purchased & you have received your order in full.

Very poor comms
My order had not been delivered after 3 weeks and with no comms. I called and they said they would get back to me within 1 hour. Heard nothing but my order was delivered 3 days later; again with no comms. When the order turned up, all 6 panels were damaged. Emailed them but, again, no comms after 3 days. Still waiting to hear from them.

Quality panelling at a reasonable price. I waited a couple of weeks and they hadn't arrived, i phoned and spoke to a really helpful lady who asked when my joiner was booked and she was true to her word, they arrived with 2 days to spare... would use again
