On keys collection day, Gael Mitchel was super sweet and helpful and made me so comfortable.

I had a great experience with DJ Alexander - thank you to Caroline and Matthew for helping make the process of starting tenancy with a new property seamless.

As a company that frequently collects keys for end of tenancy cleans, we deal with the reception team at DJ Alexander on a regular basis.
Zach, Stephen, Julie and Ava are always lovely to deal with. Super friendly, helpful, and everything is always ready to go. Always a pleasure!

Found the staff at the Kilmarnock Road branch to be responsive, knowledgable and eager to go the extra mile. Zachary has been our main point of contact and has proven very efficient and communicative on the occasions we’ve called into the branch

Just received the keys to a beautiful rental flat. Both Ailie and Matthew frim the Shawlands branch have been fabulous! Quick to answer any questions I have and always very friendly and professional.

I have rented my flat out with DJ Alexander the past 2 years and I would highly recommend this company. I have been very impressed with Diane Harte who has been very helpful in the last few months. She has been very good at contacting my tenant and arranging surveyors to the flat etc, this takes time to organise and I wouldn’t have the time to do this.
Her professionalism and customer service and communication skills have been exceptional.

Diane Harte was extremely helpful, knowledgable and professional. Would recommend Diane to anyone looking to rent a property.

I have been letting oujt properties with DJ Alexander for a long time and have always had a great experience with the property team ( A big thank you to Patrick and his team ) who arrange all the lettings i have also had great experience with the maintenance team over the years.
Recently i have been dealing with Harrison who is such a nice guy to deal with and understands the issues that landlords have to deal with from tenants he has been very helful recently.

Had such a wonderful experience renting through Caroline Connelly from DJ Alexander. I was moving to Glasgow from London and she made it as stress free as possible from viewings to check in. Very grateful for all your help Caroline!

I have been a landlord from 2028
And I got very good service from the previous agency and now from you so far but the key issue by the office was not good they should need to be more helpful they wanted me to collect the office keys for the flat and return it after checking
I phoned Patrick and he made excellent arrangements
Patrick Cairns and Dina Hart were excellent
As the flat keys were not working when I went to check it after the tenants left
I report to Patrick and he made arrangements with Diana to meet me at the flat to check
She gave a pair of new keys as the old key did not open the door
She also checked what other things needed to be done for selling
The central heating was also not working and some painting on the ceiling
She sent a report of the things that needed done to the office
I am really very grateful to them both

We have just completed the process of renting with DJ Alexander. The process has been smooth and brilliant with Holly May putting us through step by step with good communication, good and prompt attention to our concerns. She made the process easy and stress free for us with her calmness and friendly attitude.
