People very helpful. It took 5-6 days to clear my late aunt's house for a very reasonable price. Also they do house cleaning so they did that afterwards - again an excellent job.

Derek was really helpful when I asked him to clear my late mother’s bungalow in Downham Market. He inspected the property very soon afterwards and gave me a very reasonable quote. As I live a long way away, he sent me photos of the completed work, which looked very impressive. D&J also informed me of a leaky pump during the clearance and put towels down to protect the area until I could get a professional in. Great service!

Julie and Derek were super helpful - this was not just a house clearance as some items were being moved to another house and others into storage. They managed the whole process efficiently and made what could have been a stressful situation really straightforward. Highly recommended - we have another job coming up soon and we will definitely be booking them again.

My late Aunts Bungalow in Downham Market needed clearing and whilst we had moved most items to the garage that then needed clearing as we were not local to area. Derek & Julie were recommended to us by our Estate Agents and quickly came out to give us a reasonable quote and fitted in with us for a time we could be there as well. Garage was cleared really quickly - highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the service provided...i have just had to have my father's bungalow cleared following his death recently. Derek picked up the key from the estate agents the previous afternoon and made an early start on the day. He was reliable and efficient and he and his grand daughter worked very hard, clearing the bungalow, and returning the key to the estate agents afterwards. I was so grateful at this difficult time and cannot recommend them enough.

Following the death of a family member, we contacted Derek and Julie. They arrived on time at the property and gave us a quote with no pressure. On acceptance, they cleared the property in 4days as promised and handed the keys back to us. We asked them to clear our dad’s house after he passed away. They collected the keys from the estate agent, as I was not local, cleared the house , garden and garage and cleaned the whole bungalow in a couple of days .

We needed mums bungalow in Downham clearing following her death. Not easy when we live 120 miles away.
Our first thought was charity donations but the ones we spoke to were so picky as to what they would take, it looked like a number of visits and still hiring a skip.
So clothes went to charity, towels and blankets went to RSPCA the day we met Derek and agreed a price for them to clear everything else.

And that's what get did earlier this week.

They cleared EVERYTHING in under 3 hours.
They were professional, hard working and considerate.

I came away with all the potential hard work and stress avoided, a few pounds in my pocket, and keys handed back to the association, all within a few hours. Fabulous, and I recommend Derek and Julie without reservation

Derek and Julie did a fantastic job of assisting in clearing our office building, they helped move items to another office and were able to fit around our tight timescale. They were reasonably priced and we will certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

I can't recommend Derek and Julie highly enough, I set them a real challenge and they carried it out, quickly, efficiently (under quite difficult circumstances), with no fuss and all for a reasonable, agreed, price. I wouldn't use anybody else after experiencing their friendly, great service.

Today Derek and Julie arrived at exactly 9am as promised. They worked swiftly and very professionally. We could not have asked for a better service, what a team they make. We live in Buckinghamshire and had to organise this for my father in laws house in Downham Market as he has passed away. They helped to make the whole experience such a good one under these difficult circumstances.

What a brilliant service they provided. Worked within my limited timescales and we’re on time, got the job done in a timely manner, very polite and helped in anyway they could. Even helped me load my car up and take some extra rubbish away for me. Couldn’t have asked for more. We’re very respectful in this very difficult time for me after losing someone and having to empty their property. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

They cleared and then cleaned my aunt's house extremely efficiently, quickly, without hassle and professionally. I first contacted them by phone and arranged to drop the keys off at their shop. After that Derek went around to inspect the house to give me quote based on what he found. The quote was given over the phone that morning which included cleaning the house at after everything had been removed. They came when he said he would, they did what said they would do and then supplied photographs to prove that they had done what they said they would do. All in all a very good service at a reasonable price, would certainly recommend them.

DJ House Clearances have been fantastic from the start. What can seem a quite daunting experience is made so much easier by their warm engaging manner. I would thoroughly recommend their services to anybody.
