D & J House Clearance Services did a great job clearing our mum’s property. We couldn’t be there on the day but Derek communicated with me throughout in a very professional manner. He let me know when the property was cleared, including carpets, and he even took away the rubbish in the shed and sent photos when he had finished. D&J had been recommended to us by the neighbours and I would have no hesitation in using their services again. Nice to see a job done well!

Derek and Julie did a great job and went above and beyond with collecting keys from lettings agent, taking back post and sending photos as we aren’t local. Really good with coming out quickly to give a quote and also good communication. Obviously a lot of trust is given as we weren’t able to be there for the clearance or cleaning, but I would highly recommend them as they were both professional and really friendly and helpful. This company is second to none for efficiency and communication. Derek was there on the dot to assess the clearance. Gave a quote straight away. The clearance was done on the due dates and because l live 3 hours from the property concerned, was sent pictures of the cleared property and garden sheds. Absolutely excellent and would recommend highly.
