The ease of making my online purchase.

I was excited to purchase my first quality Drone as a DJI model. I pondered different vendors with different pricing and benefits, finally settling on straight from the source ‘DJI’. Excited to purchase and spend my money here, I promptly became VERY disappointed that I was charged and additional $30.79 fee, despite qualifying for ‘free’ shipping, which somehow guaranteed my ‘worry free delivery’. This qualifies me for coverage in the event my shipment was damaged or not what I expected?! What? I know what I purchased, and having the experience of hundreds of items of various price points and brands over the years I find this INSULTING and DECEPTIVE! Shipments are always guaranteed, and quality companies will work with you. I would expect most of these types of problems are things that occur out of my control and the responsibability of the shipper or the vendor. Don’t try and TRICK ME LIKE THIS! Left a very bad taste in my mouth and I am concerned about doing business with DJI USA!

Absolutely impressed with the DJI Power 1000 V2!

This power station is incredible for road trips and camping, especially when traveling in a Tesla. The combination of power, portability, fast charging, and overall build quality makes it an excellent companion for life on the road.

I’m using it for everything from charging my electronics, camera gear, and my **DJI Mini 5 Pro**, to powering my cooking setup and other essentials while traveling. It has plenty of power without feeling unnecessarily bulky, which is exactly what I was looking for.

The DJI Power 1000 V2 is seriously impressive. It gives me a lot more freedom and peace of mind when spending extended time on the road.

One thing that would make an already amazing product even better: **I would give it 10 stars if DJI USA had the DJI 12V/24V Power Car Outlet to SDC Power Cable available in the DJI USA Store.** Being able to charge the Power 1000 V2 directly from a Tesla while driving would be extremely useful for road trips and extended travel. This is an accessory that many Tesla and EV owners could really benefit from having readily available.

Overall, an outstanding product from DJI. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

DJI Mini 5 Pro — Incredible First Drone Experience
I purchased the DJI Mini 5 Pro with the RC 2 controller primarily to use in my landscape and construction business, and I have been extremely impressed.
As someone completely new to drones, one of my biggest concerns was the learning curve. DJI has done an excellent job making the experience approachable. From the setup process and firmware updates to the built-in simulator and beginner flight tutorials, I was able to learn the controls before putting the actual drone in the air.
When I finally took it outside for my first real flight, I was amazed by how stable and responsive it was. The controller is excellent, the screen is clear, the camera quality is impressive, and the drone gives a new pilot a tremendous amount of information and assistance.
What excites me most is what this can become as a business tool. I own Southern Gardens Companies LLC in South Texas, and I can already see us using this drone for project documentation, before-and-after footage, landscape and construction inspections, marketing content, property overviews, and eventually more advanced site work.
I'm still learning—and that's part of what has impressed me. DJI hasn't simply sold me a drone; they've provided an ecosystem that actually helps me learn how to operate it.
If you're a first-time drone owner who is serious about learning and wants something you can grow into, I highly recommend DJI.

The box I received from DJI USA was empty except for a single piece of packing paper. I notified the FedEx driver within minutes and am still waiting for a meaningful response.

Was the product ever placed in the box, or was the package opened during transit? Either way, this raises serious concerns about DJI’s packaging and shipping procedures. Is the packaging really so inadequate that an expensive product can be removed in transit without detection?

We have purchased several other products from DJI USA, but the communication regarding this incident has been extremely poor. We are repeatedly told to wait, with no real solution offered. DJI should have immediately shipped a replacement under its shipping insurance and handled the claim with FedEx separately.

When FedEx hand-delivers an empty package and the driver is notified almost immediately, responsibility should not be pushed onto the customer. This is an issue for the seller and the shipping company to resolve.

Do better, DJI USA and FedEx. Expensive products need to be packaged and shipped more securely, and customers should not be left waiting indefinitely when an order arrives empty.

I have really enjoyed my DJI Mini 5 Pro! It is so stable it is hard to believe. I flew to 75 feet high and left it there recording and there was no shaking or vibration at all. Impressive.
