Bad reviews and customer experience

Because of the bad reviews, I selected to pay via Klarna (after receipt of the product) and the sale bounces! (states that my address is not correct, which is not the case) However, when I select iDeal option, via bank transfer, it accepts my address immediately. Very strange, decided not to buy here. Be aware!

Very bad company

Very bad company, they delivered used Denon DJ equipment as new. Had problems with the units from day one and requested exchange after 5 days. Their stuff arranged instead pickup by inmusic (headcompany of Denon DJ). All units are lost since that. Inmusic fully refunded to djstunter, as the retailer. Djstunter didn’t deliver any new setup! Although they guarantee it on their website during the first 30 days! They have withheld the money until today. When you get someone on the phone, Employees refer to the boss Erik. Erik does not answer or cannot be reached or is denied. No response on emails. Still no Solution since over a year… baddest cust experience ever! They don't give a damn f#ck about customer concerns…

NON-EXISTENT return policy

I love music, I respect small business, and I am a level-headed person. I also never write reviews. But I had such an absolutely terrible customer experience with DJ Stunter that I am compelled to write. I purchased a Midi controller, but it wasn't for me, so I called to return it. I was told that the item could not be returned because it came with software. I assured them I did NOT register or download the software, that the software was a MINOR element of the purchase (the HARDWARE was the purchase), and that nowhere in the purchase process did the item clearly express this limitation. He furiously and condescendingly replied that it was buried in the terms & conditions. That I could get a lawyer if I want.

Anyways, I get it, stores have rules and returns present a risk to your thin bottom line. But the way I was treated by the employees, the hour+ cumulatively spent waiting on hold, the unanswered emails for days... Not to mention the product itself was overpriced to the competition. I thought I was doing good by supporting the little guy, but DJ Stunter is little for a reason -- they treat customers terribly. Please, do not support this business.

Not what I expected

Recently bought an audio interface with djstunter.nl. Unfortunately, after a few days the thing stopped working.
This happens, no big deal. Following advise from the manufacturer, I sent an email to djstunter.
A few days later, still no answer. I decided to call, and reached a friendly person who tells me that they never received my email, I sent it again, got confirmation that it was received, and I was told that someone was to get back to me the same day. That did not happen...

I tried to contact them through the website form, no answer...
Two days later, I phoned them again. Yes, they have my email, yes they will contact me today...
Nope.
Almost a week has passed now, still no proper contact from djstunter.
I would have understood if the person on the phone told that it could take some time to deal with my request.
After online this review was published they finally got in touch with me and sent a return authorisation.
They managed to lose the device I sent back. That took some more back and forth on the phone to solve the problem.
It finally got solved. The whole story took around a month.
The quality of the customer service makes the difference when it comes to web shops. I will not buy from them again, and would advise all my contacts to do the same.
