Terrible! Do not trust. Not only was i not given my sign up bonus but they did not pay out on a winning bet. I used live chat and sent e-mails but both were no help at all. Use another company to place your bets there are many better that you can trust.

I really cannot get the point across enough, do not use this site, the slots are set at a stupidly low RTP, you will not win, I am sure the recent winners board is either a lie or from another site, this site will take your money over and over again with no reward. They were more than happy to take my money but then decided to suspend my account because I'd not changed my name to my married name on paypal account, so over 4 days and 19 emails later with them asking for all sorts of evidence and documents which I sent more than once. Went on a temp closure ( as advertised by the site) for my own personal reasons. When it came to re-open my account I was told it would not be re-opened. No explanation, reason or anything. For a new account, Tony Bet have probably the fastest customer service I've ever seen. Submitted my documents on a Sunday, and had the withdrawal funds cleared the same day!
