Disgusted my driving licence expired in 2020 during covid pandemic and so I couldn't renew so they extended it 11 months tonybet are refusing my withdrawal becuase of this what can I do, they have closed my.acc and stole my winnings im so angry

Seems like I'm on the poor docs, cannot read, incorrect info journey too despite sending them yesterday in high resolution images that were crystal clear.

Absolute scam, expecting a challenge to withdraw, but will not give up.

Awful, do not use

Been with TB for a while now. Decent markets. However, I have no idea why I open an account with them. Their customer service agents are robotic, they copy and paste everything and literally do not care for you. They don't understand simple English either. ALL their promotions are very deceptive so if anything joins thinking they're promotions are decent.. Don't! The T&C will show how you'd only have 1% chance of receiving any promotions.

It's an absolute joke of a site, truly!

In my first review I gave them 4 starts and wrote that website is legit and deserve a shot. However now I would discourage potential new customers. Played, won some money and with documents ok I had no problem with withdrawing at first. Unfortunately over the time Tonybet started to delay withdrawal approvals, not following their own timeframe. Also after a while they start requesting more sensible informations and documents in order to battle “money laundering”. Informations they ask I never had to answer on any other and more popular betting sites. Big red flag. It ended with them disabling my account as I refused to provide such sensitive informations. They disabled account prior to approve pending withdrawal request which made my money hanging on their site. Got payed after little exchange of messages with support.

This betting site is different from any other, their practices are a bit shady. They let you play and spend money but will stop you withdraw any without documents check. They don’t follow their own withdrawal timeframes. Their support is slow. And requesting very sensitive informations which makes you feel that something is off. If someone try to scam with my personal info, this site would be first suspect. Definitely not customers friendly environment.

Opened an account before checking the reviews, BIG MISTAKE. I made a deposit which didn't process, contacted customer support and was told I needed to verify my account before it'll be processed, never had to do this before on any site, now I must wait however long for my documents to be verified so I can get my money back, absolute joke. Stay well away from this site, its a scam.

I would leave no stars if I could. This company is a fraud. I will report to the Gambling Commission and also the police. I signed up for Cheltenham offer this morning and deposited £50. They now tell me that they have closed my account. They give no reason. I placed two bets with them both of which won. I was supposed to get a £50 bonus on sign up. Scam company but they will NOT get away with this.

Been betting with this company for about a month. They settled a bet as lost which should have been voided as per their T&C's. My overall transactions were in the minus and they were happy for me to keep depositing no questions asked. As soon as I have hit the positive, they have disabled my account with pending transactions and current live bets with no explanation. No phone number or live chat feature. Haven't had a response to email or Twitter message. Provided all documents they requested on sign up, I don't know what more they could possible need. Horrendous experience so far.

Worst company avoid , I uploaded all needed documents for my withdrawal all valid and all accepted by all other companies ( as all are valid and correct) they said zip code on driving licence dont match me lol its got my current address on photo on and its 100 % valid and mine , its just there excuse not to pay out ,they want a passport but mine is out of date so can't sent that , terrible bet site avoid avoid

I have been speaking to a few of their agents today regarding a withdrawal. I have a feeling my withdrawal is been delayed for some reason. They said 48 hours to start with , then it was usually now it please wait for the payment department to process your withdrawal. I have made withdrawal before and usually in quick but first time I win a decent amount they do this. There isn’t long left till the 48 hours is up but I know I won’t bet it in that time frame

Scam company do not use them! Listen to the reviews.

Please avoid this company at all costs they will lock your account as soon as you win and will not reply to any messages please please listen to me

Id documents..kept being refused... " can't quite see...over and over. I could see fine...my son could see fine. I asked if they were read by computor..and which bits they couldn't see...no reply. They wanted the back of driving licence..which just shows which vehicles I can drive...the back of the bank card with c.v. blocked..but shows long number backwards. I have money now..and have asked them to remove my details from their records.

The worst betting site ever!
I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks now for my withdrawal funds and they keep making excuses. I asked for a bonus due to inconvenience and they said I wasn’t going entitled one. Bare in mind I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for MY money when it says 24 hours process on the site.

I wouldn't use this site I have 604 pounds in my account with them but they refuse to pay coming up excuse after excuse. I spoke to my mp about them as he stated they were asking for things they should not be asking for. He warned it might be a scam.

1st deposit 0f £30 took no bonus won £350 withdrawal was paid back to bank in less then 24hours after Id sent

Waste of money, I think I’ve deposited just over - grand in the past 2 months, no matter how low or high my bet is, or what slot I pay I don’t win on spins and never get a bonus £20 would normally last me on see real sites around an hour or 2, this site it’s spin spin gone with no returns. I don’t mind wasting money but let me get my play time this site is a joke and have closed my account. Will stay with well established casinos from now on

I'm sorry to not be jumping on the bandwagon of bad reviews but I can't fault this site. My experience at first was poor but that was nothing to do with Tonybet that was simply because I lost my money. That's gambling. The layout of the games and games quality is up there with the biggest sites. Now I have been back on and won £100 more than I first deposited. Here comes the part that goes against most of the reviews... I withdrew my winnings on Saturday lunchtime and after some simple identity checks I have just received my winnings (Monday lunchtime). Either I'm really lucky or there are just a lot of sore losers leaving unfair reviews.

awful site, made a deposit with paypal, was not credited to my account until i contacted live support, then it miraculously appeared a few minutes into the conversation.
then tried to withdraw my balance to paypal, and was told i was in a queue to be paid and it could take up to 48 hours.
now, every other casino site i use, paypal is an instant, free transaction, yet these bandits also charge £1.50 to withdraw, which is apparently paid at some arbitrary point in the future, if you are lucky.
worst site i have ever used, will not use again!
