I joined tonybet recently and cant understand the bad publicity once you verify your details correctly they pay out very fast no problems one of the better sites ive been on thank you tonybet

I have been playing Roulette for over 15 years wasted loads of money and never won. I signed up with Tonybet I won £18161 I got paid what's this rubbish with Tonybet not paying out. If we all follow the rules I can retire as a gambler now going out on the high. Thank you Tonybet highly recommended I got paid.

Awful site ,do not entertain,take your money then when you start winning and withdrawing they then want your documents uploaded, mess you about takes ages eventually got my money went on roulette hit winning numbers and did not get paid and also took my stake money,never got the money back will be reporting them to the gaming board,AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!

This company is a joke dont waste time and money on this site.. lost over £300 and having trouble getting just over £20 back withdrawn..

Simple, You deposit they take your money instantly, You withdraw and all of sudden it takes 3 days to find out they still have your money. Deposit was paypal so any funds appear instantly. No answer to several messages to resolve the matter. Avoid very bad customer service and very bad payer.

Over two weeks now sent all info required. An email from them oops not correct info. Bollocksive never come across a site so bad stay clear I’m still waiting for my winnings of which is less than I’ve spent on this terrible site be warned. I’ve given them 48hrs to release my money or il take action. Now the waiting game begins

Absolutely awful,I put a £5 bet on and odds at 5/1 for returns of £30,got £26.25 back and was told its starting price really that's a new one to me with sports betting.Anyway decided to withdraw it and then two days later they are still saying my uploaded documents aren't satisfactory so wont/can't authorise my withdrawal till they are satisfied AND then will have to wait 72 hours plus another 48 hours before it may reach my bank account.NEVER USE THEM AGAIN...

Yes I agree three forms of I.D is over the top, but those are the their rules and some of their other rules are what I wouldn't consider the norm so do check.

My withdrawal of £900 was processed and into my PayPal within 24 hours and a more recent £400 withdrawal within 6 hours. The company do pay out.

Where to start, well this site was great for betting to start with. It does max a lot of betting you can do on certain games however that is beneficial sometimes.

However don’t try and withdraw from them. You can deposit Fast and as much as you want but when it comes to withdrawing you have no chance. It states 48 hours to process a withdrawal, after the 48 hours you try get in contact with them and they then ask for 3 documents, then another 48 hour timer starts, after that they then proceed to say they are not clear. (They couldn’t be clearer) you resend and the 48 hour timer starts again. Then once those are accepted the 48 hour timer starts again to process a withdrawal.

THEN they proceed to disable your account as they possibly think you are money laundering...
This requires another 3 documents, bank statements, PayPal statements.. you name it they want it. This is a 72 hour waiting list. And once accepted, (this won’t be accepted first time obviously) you are then into another 72 hours.

I’m sure you can see this trend with them. If I could give 0 stars I would, have I received my withdrawal yet? No...

And the live generic chat which is there to help, that also seems it is on a 48 hour reply timer... they must write one message each shift handover.

So as you can see, good betting site if you plan to deposit and never withdraw. You have been warned!!

Where to start with this joke of a "bookmaker"? Nothing but trouble.

I start off by depositing £20 using the promo code Tony50 which is supposed to match your first bet as a bonus. I staked my 20 pounds on an accumulator and never saw the bonus, this is a week later.

Stupidly against my better judgement I staked a further £40 on their slots and won a total of £89 pounds.

Pleased with the profit I submitted a withdrawal request, I heard nothing for two days after they told me 48 hours so contacted their live chat advisors.

They asked me for 3 forms of I.D which I provided and told me to wait a further 48 hours. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. 2 days later I receive an email telling me my documents are incorrect and can't be used to verify my identity. So I contact their live chat again and they ask for the same thing. So I provide the documents again and now I'm waiting for my withdrawal to be made. I'm not holding my breathe in regards to this site.

AVOID it and don't give them your money, no other reputable bookmaker or gambling website would put you through this. They take your money fast enough but when you win make you jump through hoops. The live chat always copy and paste and feel robotic even though there is a person on the other side.

One of those online casinos that are more than happy to take your deposits/spending losses immediately without any ID checks required, all is fine unless you happen to win!

If you actualy win and want to withdraw funds? Well...

(in my example I was probably net £150 up):

1/ I had to get in touch with live chat to query why winnings were not received after a week
2/ I was told I had to upload passport/utility bill/proof of deposit
3/ I did this and documents were 'accepted'
4/ I got got back in touch with live chat after winnings were still not received a week later
5/ I was told I had to upload more proof of deposit as I had used more than one deposit source (card and PayPal)

It took me about 2 weeks to receive my winnings. In comparision, other online casinos have paid out a similar amount the same day with no ID checks at all (and all UK regulated as well).

2 stars is being very generous. Poor sign up offer with hidden t&c , once I depositted refused to place the bet until I had in writing exactly what was happening. Once realised it was an awful awful I wanted to withdraw my £30 that I deposited exactly how I deposited through PayPal, to then be told I needed to send 5 different documents to withdraw my own money without even placing a bet. took 2 days and multiple frustration and finally got my money back. Disgusting tactics to try and get me just to spend my money rather than hastle of withdrawn. Awful company and awful customer service lucky I am giving 2 star.

Do not use this site they took my money for deposit but when it came to withdrawal they were asking for all sorts of documents..i sent my driving licence, passport, bank statement, copy of bank card front and back....now they want screen shots of a paypal account which i do not use and have never made a payment by...i then started to receive calls saying i am trying to launder money and will be arrested...i don't know how this site is still online...also have not received a reply to my messages just ignore...all documents i am sending to gambler comm and icas they should not be able to get away with this....They have sent another message asking for same screen shot which will now take them another day...also bank contacted me to say money tried to be removed from my bank only this company asked for copies of bank card front and back...realy be careful...
