After reading all the reviews I joined tonybet started of with a small £10 deposit to small bets I didn't add my bonus number in they would give me it after asking for it lol what would have happened when I start hundreds of pounds deposit at a time thanks for the help about this scum friends and hope you have better luck next time x

Highly Recommend against using - Firstly, they try to make sure verification is not passed and only ask this when you win. When i made a deposit; nothing was required. Furthermore, upon the long verification which was finally approved, after constantly chasing, they made me wait another 40 hours to approve my withdrawal. They have also limited my sports bets to 30-40 pound because i clearly was winning and dont limit my horse bets as i was loosing. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THEM; GOT MY WITHDRAWAL AND HAD A LUCKY ESCAPE.

i would of given this zero stars if i could, please do not use this site. complete scam, i have deposited over £200 with them, tried to withdraw £50 which they made me jump through hoops for and i never recieved it in the end, they said it was sent to my paypal account but it never was! Also they have next to zero customer service! disgraceful company

Don't bother.
Really poor experience. Initial welcome bonus is misleading and buried in the small print it states you must wager your deposit x10 before you get any welcome bonus. This is a first for me and have played on most bookmakers websites.

Had a large win, winning payout was £150 less than what it should have been. I tried questioning this multiple times but was fobbed off with the odds had changed. Now on the chat function I cannot connect to an operator so think they blocked me. Despite my bet clearly being fixed odds and had no mention of starting price.

Then came the withdrawl. Despite me already uploading and them accepting my 3 proofs of documents they make you upload. I was told when it came to withdraw that I needed additional documents. Tooks 4 days to get this approved. Finally paid out minus my £150. If I had not of chased my withdrawl I still would not have had it. I had no communication regarding my documents not being correct until I chased them multiple times.

I would avoid. When there is big players like coral and skybet who pay out within 2 hours to visa.

They love to take your money as soon as you have a win try to not pay out then when they finally pay out you play again and they disable your account when your winning stay away from this company unless you have money to burn

Played for a few weeks never won. Then won 350 pound in 3 wins. Over the moon
Then problems. You have read what these people want. Took me 9hrs sending photo shot of documents. It is easier to work for home house a prison. Finally got paid winnings. But the things you need to do is excessive. It is a joke. Anyway got money closed account down. It may be there rules but other casino sites are much much better

My experience is that after 5 days I'm still waiting for my money, the offers are cheating, and according to their offers are pro lose your money because they ask for requirements that you have to play 25x your deposit hahahaha what is that? stay away from this sportsbook it is literally a scam.

Terrible betting site, made first deposit after signing up send they disabled the account after the money was taken with no explanation. Nearly 1 week later and still chasing to get my refund, messing me about wanting all sorts of personal documents sent to them before they will give me it back. Absolutely shocking site I have won 140 pounds I have withdrawn the money but have had no reply to whether it is going to be sent. Shower of sh**. New sign up bonus says 100% deposit bonus. Turns out you have to deposit 10x the amount to receive your first deposit back. Avoid

What a absolute shocking experice so far! I paid 10 pounds in, won the bet and they have refused to pay out asking for uploads of very personal information and then when they can clearly see I have given them the correct info they refuse the upload this has been going on for a long amount of time!! I’d had 2 small wins on tonybet. Asked for a withdrawal however after reading reviews I contacted customer service and they asked me to upload 3 proof of ID which I did. One did get rejected so I uploaded something else. And within 24 hours my ID was verified and money In the bank. The only down side to this site is that you cannot check the progress of the withdrawal and you also don’t get an email as to when your withdrawal has been processed. But all in all, a bit slow. But they do pay out as long as your verify correctly.

I have requested a withdrawal and uploaded my documents but seems im now blocked from the site.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Verification is easy. They always withdraw on time and the live chat team are very efficient. Good gambling site and I will be staying.

Hi It's me again, thought it was only right to update - all my money was paid into my account today (24hrs after all docs recieved more than twice) - not sure why they make things so so awkward - I wouldn't use again but they did payout my winnings.

Signed up for Tonybet prior to Cheltenham and deposited £30. Placed 2 bets and attempted to withdraw £50. Only then did the company decide I needed to complete the KYC checks. I have emailed every last document requested only to be told they aren't sufficient quality. They are crystal clear and this is a clear attempt to withhold me from receiving my winnings. A total scam company and I'd advise sticking to a more reputable one who won't set numerous hurdles for you to overcome in a feeble attempt to stop you claiming winnings.

After choosing Tony bet because of their generous bonus I ended up winning, I won a total of £2000, I went through the verification process which did drag on a bit (my fault) and 48 hours after the verification process was completed I received my winnings, it’s a shame that people choose to leave negative reviews but I guess that’s the nature of the industry, I can honestly say, if your a legit customer then you will receive your winnings, if you are someone trying to take advantage of the generous bonuses then u will be caught and be unhappy, thank you Tony bet, and please if ur a genuine customer who is happy then come leave a review as this place is getting a bad name on here for .

Please as someone who as bet for years I truly believe this company is a scam and should not trust
