Absolutely do not use

Absolutely do not use. Shocking payout performance. Needed so much ID. Driving licence. PayPal account screenshots. Debit card details. Front and back. Utility bill.
Done all of this then finally got paid.
Next time my account was disabled for no reason other that I required a gambling responsibility form.
But was not allowed to log in and get funds in my account paid back.
Have sent so many emails and still awaiting payment withdrawal.
They are the worst gaming site to get involved with.
Please do not use. Please.

I should have done full diligence on…

I should have done full diligence on this company and found where they were based before I deposited. If i had known I wouldn't have deposited and wouldn't have been stiffed
The fact they can still operate in the UK sums eveything wrong with the UKGC. They even had the nerve to send me a questionnaire about my gambling and when I replied yes /no to the questions they told me it wasn't in depth enough!!

As for the 5 star reviews saying don't worry and what's the fuss about they have to be on a wind up

I am in not great health played a lot of money, not at any stage did they try and stop me, they decided a few grand later to disable my account, a rude man messaged me and asked me to answer 3 questions ( happy to post the evidence) he treated me like a child telling me what format I should do it in, to cut this story short they owe me a great deal of cash back which they are refusing to pay, I will review and post all their correspondence till they respond they seem to not want to get back to me now they know that they have decided to go against their terms and conditions disable a person so they do not have to pay the large amount of cash back they should pay, if I did that to them they would call it theft

Just avoid this site, too many issues to list, it should be call tonyscam.
It just goes to show that the UK gaming commission will grant any sack of sh-- a license.

Joined it yesterday, deposited £200 and withdrew £450. Then this morning deposited £100 and withdrew £1200. Fast easy service. No problems. I would verify your ID & information before doing anything. This would most likely quicken up the process. Some people have either not read this before hand, angry because they haven’t won, or just impatient. Jordan :)

Day 14 and spoke to James at chat who…

Day 14 and spoke to James at chat who advised me all verification passed and money will be in my account within 5 days. Less than an hour later I received an email from Tonybet saying they have received my documentation and it will take 72hrs for verification. So either James from chat is telling me a big fat lie or they just have no intention to pay up. Luckily enough I've documented every email and taken screen shots of chat. If I don't receive the money by next Thursday I will proceed in sending all relevant information to the gambling complaints authorities.
Everyone I plead with you not to join this joke of a company!!

Scam site

Scam site, they withhold your money with some nonsense about Know Your Customer, they don't need said customer knowledge in order to take funds just to pay them out like somehow that makes sense to them. It's a disgusting way to do business, then once you provide them all the ID they request screengrabs of your Paypal, which is clearly against Paypal's terms of service too.

Scam! Avoid like the plague!

Horrific company to deal with. Scam site. Takes customers money then says cannot verify I.d to give money back. I put money into an account which said I would get double back but then when contacting about it no one got back to me. It put 2 bets on by itself. I tried to return my money back to my account which was £180 left in total. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I have sent about 7 emails and spent an hour and a half on a chat. They are being rude, unhelpful and I still have no refund and don’t know when I’m getting it because they have not told me. They said they have no telephone. I can’t speak to an advisor, manager or the company owner because they are not authorised to speak to them. They won’t tell me how many customers in the que before me or how many members of staff there are. They have made it clear they don’t care about my mental health. Told me I had to close the chat and stop talking to them if I wanted them to help. Absolutely awful. They do this with all their customers by the looks of things. Its part of their company policy to say a customer is unverified. But they are quite happy for us to gamble or give them money before verifying us as customers! This company needs closing down. Avoid at all costs!
