Verification went smoothly at all, tech support helped me do everything right. I'm happy with the payout so far. We'll see how the service goes in the future.

TonyBet is the world's fastest growing Online Gaming site with thousands of sporting events available to bet on every day as well as an online casino, live casino and live gaming.
I recently joined TonyBet and i played for a while and ended up winning an amount of £320.
I then proceeded to withdraw £250.00.
Whenever I go to check the account 2 days later, it was disabled.
I have sent 10+ messages through their contact service on their website and have not got a reply from nearly 2 weeks ago now.
If someone from tonybet is reading this, can i please be contacted on my registered email address.
Or to take a look at my account and finally process the funds that i am rightfully owed. (account = tylerburridge)

Reading your replies to peoples queries you say you have a standard procedure to identify you identity? and then go on to say if you didnt pass the security checks, we would request the documents in the first place? So if we have passed the security check and youve taken our money of a debit card why can it not be paid back? after all we have passed your security check. You then say stated in your terms and conditions of your platform that additional information MAY be asked for, not WILL be asked for so is this a legal requirement or not? In such a competitive industry i find your attitude very strange surely you should be doing all you can to keep your customers happy? Also not all people especially the elderly understand technology very well, so its a major problem for them to take photos, download documents to you? I myself took two perfectly clear photos and sent them only to be told they were not good enough why i have no idea, it seems your hellbent on making things difficult for people. Please dont tell me to talk to you online representitives all they do when you ask a difficult question is push a standard answer about your terms and conditions.

I think the negative reviews are quite harsh. Nothing wrong with this company. I was worried when my 1st withdrawal was pending for a few days but if you simply get your account verified everything else will run smoothly. They ask for the same documents as most betting firms nothing extra.

could not be more dissatisfied took my deposit off my card then would not pay back withdrawal o £ 77 until I sent them COPIES OF 5 different personal documemts. YES five. I do not do photos or deal with what appears to be devious. So I asked that they recredit to my account Account so that at least I could lose it my future betting. They stated that if I did not do what they asked ..... then they would seize my CREDIT. Also and it had to come out....... " they could recredit to my betting account --- because of COVID ! ! What to they we ( very brief customers are ? ) They certainly will get no more

Worst gambling site I've seen, my 85 year old father is at his wits end trying to get his money back. AVOID!

If I could give minus a 100000000 I would. Avoid this betting site like the plague. I deposited £40 and requested to withdraw the same day, without having placed a bet on the Grand National. They make it virtually impossible to get your own money refunded. They demand that you upload proof of ID, separate proof of address, proof of the deposit and proof of your bank account. All of which is confirmed by the fact that you have already deposited in the first place. Moreover, there's no issues in depositing money!!!! I think the FSA and the Gambling Watchdog need to look closer at this company. It's as if they believe making it difficult to withdraw your own money will inevitably result in people giving up and accepting their own money is lost. I can't stress strongly enough AVOID at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would, been using tony bet for months and finally won a few bets made the withdrawal and says it could take 4 working days, 4 days later nothing spoke to an agent and was told to upload documents did this then was told it wasn't enough because iv no in-date passport and no driving licence now my account has been closed down and iv lost my winnings absolute joke of a company

Waited 4 days for a withdrawal. Tried to call them on hold - all operators busy.
I'm using PayPal and they take money at light speed when you deposit.
Steer clear this is the worst kind of site and service of its kind
Got online Agent who said I needed to provide proof of deposit. They had happily taken 2 deposits from the account that I was looking to withdraw into without any such proof .hmmmm
Asked to raise a complaint about duplicitous processes and got told I needed to email into a nebulous email account and it would be dealt with in 14 days.
The regulator should take a look at these guys. Only shame is that I cannot give zero stars

I joined TonyBet over a week ago, won a bet and proceeded to make a withdrawal to my nominated debit card. At the time I noted the fact that withdrawals take a bit longer than most other companies (4 working days) and took into account the Easter break. This morning though I was getting a bit concerned, especially having read all of the one star reviews on here.
I chatted to TonyBet and was advised the reason that I hadn’t received my money was because I had not verified my account. To be honest, I was shocked that it allowed me to deposit without verification but then insist of verification for the withdrawal, it didn’t even give an error message on submission. I was told by the chat agent that I was sent an email after registering about the verification process but this was not the case. However, they advised me to submit my verification which I duly did, the documents were verified during the day and the money in my account by evening.
I thought it was worth writing a fair review of my experience because although there were serious flaws in the process, there was a genuine reason why my withdrawal was delayed and they helped me to quickly resolve it. My feedback to TonyBet would be to not allow deposits until verification is completed, if it is their policy to require verification to withdraw, and to provide suitable error messages and user feedback on their website so that the customer is not left hanging, worried and confused. If they did this then I’m sure they wouldn’t get as many one star reviews.
Edit: In response to the reply from TonyBet, I would just like to add that I totally understand that this is in their terms and conditions. However, that was not my point. If something as fundamental as taking your funds but not letting you have them back before submitting verification is buried in the terms and conditions, it really should be shown as a warning when depositing with the option to verify before you deposit. That was all I wanted to say, make things easier for customers rather than hiding things like this...

No stars if I could. Disgusting site. How are these even licensed? Where are all the governing bodies checking on these corrupt sites. No where because they all probably getting backhanders. Please avoid this site at all costs!!

I joined Tony to use the £300 bonus if you deposit £300. my bonus was not added. when I asked the customer team what had happened they said they would have to manually add it which could take 72hours. I continued to play and spent my initial £300 and added a further £580 played etc. 5 days later still no bonus? I queried the team to be met with you have to wager your initial deposit 100X to receive your bonus. so basically they mislead you and depositing to receive a bonus is a total scam. I would not recommend at all.

Joke of a company placed a bet with my wife’s card with her permission obviously & they refused to pay out my £400 winnings.I sent them both our photo ids & a joint bank statement & they are saying I broke rules using her card but funny how they took the payment off it in the 1st place.I’m pretty sure if my bet had lost they wouldn’t be rushing to put the stake back into her account.frauds avoid at all costs

Reply from Tonybet
Avoid at all costs - they are happy to take money from you but not pay out as others have said, wanting more information from you than any other organisation (including banks !) that I've ever come across.
Do not open an account with them.
