Unsatisfactory!
Work wasn't completed to a satisfactory standard.
Poor paintwork finish and washer bottle leaking (which wasn't beforehand)!
Updated: Just seen your reply and no, I would not like to call you to discuss this matter with you in further detail! I am, as a matter of fact, still awaiting a return call from yourselves from last week!!
Updated again: Finally, had a call back today and was advised we had to bring the car back to the garage in Castle Donington! What a joke! The garage hasn't done the work to a satisfactory standard and still having problems with the washer bottle (again, was working OK prior to going into the garage) and we're expected to travel almost 40 miles return trip for someone to assess the problems. Not acceptable!
Thank you to the helpful receptionist for understanding our frustrations and arranging for the car to be collected and hopefully resolved this time!

Had a scheduled appointment arranged well in advance. Took my vehicle on the Monday and I had it back by the Wednesday. Fixed everything that was required. Would definitely recommend!

They just did what they said they were…
They just did what they said they were going to do. It was done very quickly, collecting the car, dropping of a courtesy car and taking my car for repair. I was kept informed, initially by the assessor of my car and then by text etc. You can log onto their system to see where your car is in the process, but I found that this wasn't kept up to date. Repair was really good, car looked like new again.
