last update on "repair app" was 4/9, 10 days to change a wheel, told me it would be ready Monday, today is Wednesday and they told me the part is only arriving tomorrow, i told them its my 60th tomorrow and i would really like my car back but i dont think it will happen, not happy at all and i wont use them again. 7 days to order a wheel what a joke!!
update 10/9 got a call this afternoon to tell me that they ordered the wrong wheel so now it will take another week for the right one to come in, I was shocked they actually have my car so how could they order the wrong parts??? Told me that it’s going to take a week because my car is brand new and they have to get out from manufacture as they don’t have spares…. So is my car is the only brand new Nissan in the UK that they don’t have spares in the UK?? Such a load of crap!!! I’m shocked at the lies I’m shocked that they even admitted to ordering the wrong part with no shame so far 10 days for a new wheel and I’ve been told the part will take a week to arrive!!! Never again

Absolutely fantastic repair of my VW. In just 9 days they perfected my door, that had almost been ripped off, it was returned and collected in a friendly and professional manner. Use at your peril.
Owned by Direct Line - so my car was automatically sent there. After someone drove into the back of me at low speed there was minor damage to my bumper. When my car came back the vinyl bumper looked like it was from a 10 year car with UV damage and it did not match any of the other vinyl trim. The wheel arch trim had also not been clipped on properly.
The took at back for "another go" and this time it came back with a new bumper. The wheel arch trims were all out of line and one had now been scratched, the parking sensors were stuck on with tape and so fell out. The respray had been badly taped off and there was a lump in the paint in one place - and this was after it had supposedly been signed off as "spot on" by the workshop manager. Let's just say I never gave them a third go and I went elsewhere.

Great service from start to finish. Polite staff, kept informed of progress with vehicle repairs.

Picked up and dropped off my vehicle with no problems and kept to the time slots I was given.

Car now returned and looks as good as new.

After my accident and damage to my VW golf , I left it in DLG auto services care They promptly picked the car up at my convenience, carried out all repairs to the body and returned one week later
The communication throughout this process was first class Again a big thank you to everybody involved in getting my car back on the road .

My car suffered some damage after a minor accident, it was collected by DLG Auto Services and then delivered after just two days in the workshop looking brand new and clean inside as well as out.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the team at DLG Auto Services for the outstanding service following my recent repair.

After the collision (which thankfully wasn’t my fault), I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and efficiently everything was handled. The repairs were completed far sooner than I expected—especially given how close it is to Christmas—and the car looks and feels like new again.

I really appreciated being kept informed at every single stage of the process. Both the collection and delivery drivers were polite, friendly, and professional, which made the whole experience even smoother. Having the car returned fully valeted was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.

Excellent bodywork and paint repair carried out to a very high standard. The headlight replacement was fitted perfectly and the paintwork was colour matched flawlessly - you genuinely can’t tell any work has been done. Absolutely great service, after a small dent in the side of my car, they picked up and dropped off my car (even though it was a Manchester Garage), repaired quickly within a few days too. They even returned the car cleaned and valeted too. They offered regular updates on progress too. Highly recommend and highly professional.

Well; after repair delays seemingly down to receiving parts ordered for repair, (seemingly that issue can affect other make of cars) due to the present World supply issues, car was delivered back to me, body work replacement/paint was indistinguishable from original, blending in perfectly from new to old.
