I have quite a number of D. Louise's pieces. I love them all and wear them regularly...not all at the same time, I have many! After the first few purchases, I was addicted and loved the fact that non-real-gold could look so good and have the same waterproof qualities. However...after a year, perhaps less, of wearing some bracelets (never taking them off, as is advertised...'jewellery you never have to take off'). But about a month ago I saw, with disappointment, that the gold on the jump rings on all the bracelets and part of the clasps has worn down to the silver metal under the gold coating. So now they look like cheap costume jewellery from a market stall. This is such a shame because the styles and general quality is really good. It's just its longevity that fails.

The quality of the products is amazing. I have ordered 8 pieces of jewellery and each one has been complimented on. Customer service is also spot on…. I had to exchange an item that was too big and it was made so simple to do! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic everyday jewelry company! Brought a dainty initial necklace over 3 years ago and it still looks perfect despite wearing it in the sea, pool and shower.

Recently purchased a ring as a gift but misjudged the size, exchange process was super easy, even having a bundle discount style purchase.

A ring has tarnished. I wore it every day whilst on holiday. D Louise jewellery I have purchased lots of no problems, have stayed looking like new. I contacted customer service, immediately they responded and extremely speedily have sent out a replacement ring. I rate this company as outstanding compared with others for customer service and quality jewellery. Fair pricing compared with other companies where their jewellery does look plated and too gaudy. I shall be purchasing more. A very happy customer.

I've bought several D Louise pieces of jewellery over the last several years and can honestly say I love them all. Should there be any issues, they absolutely honour their Lifetime Guarantee policy. Excellent quality items and outstanding customer service!

Honestly, the shipping was fast enough but I feel like they’re very overpriced for what they’re charging for their items. I bought the exact same necklace elsewhere for half the price and believe me when I say it was EXACTLY the same…,so feel kinda duped that they’re overcharging people so much!!!

Shopping from D.Louise is always a joy. I have met Olivia at samples sales but I am a regular customer. I love the range and the quality is superb. For the first time I had an issue with the closure on one of the bracelets recently bought and the customer service I received was second to none. The issue was dealt with a high professionalism, quick and to my satisfaction. The customer service representative was very helpful indeed.

I had an issue with one of my orders. I sent a message on WhatsApp to the customer service team and got a reply instantly. They were extremely helpful and generous is getting the issue resolved with no hassle from my end. It’s rare to find this level of care within a company. Fabulous company to deal with and beautiful jewellery that doesn’t cost the earth but is hard wearing and such good quality. Had a piece of jewellery that broke and within a week I had received a replacement.

Super happy with my order ! Ordering process is user friendly and delivery is prompt. The packaging feels like a more expensive brand which I love. The 2 rings which I ordered fit perfectly and look great. Perfect travel rings.

Unfortunately the experience that I have had does not seem to align with others.
I placed an order with the expectation it would ship within 2-3 working days. However, it has now been over 2 weeks and still not received. I reached out to their customer service team where response have been exceptionally slow, for them to eventually let me know one item was out of stock. It has been over a week of messaging with absolutely no response as to how this will be resolved or when.
Extremely disappointed and would strongly advise against ordering with them.

Amazing service, had an issue with something I purchased and they replied immediately on bank holiday weekend and replaced it straight away!! Exceptional!!
