Unfortunately one of the items I received from here was dull in colour and looked nothing like the other 3 items which are lovely but despite being told 3 days ago someone would be in touch I have heard nothing after also trying to reach out via the WhatsApp number. This seems an all too familiar reaction with online sellers but I had higher hopes from DLouise after all their online presence.

Absolutely stunning pieces! I ordered a tennis bracelet and some earrings for my bridle jewellery and they are really beautiful and elegant! There was a mix up with one of my pieces and I was sent the wrong thing. The customer service was impeccable, they replied to my email within a few hours and had the correct piece sent to me the next day with no fuss!
Overall very impressed!

The jewellery doesn't stand the test of time. Fine for short term wear. I have bought £250+ possibly £300 worth of jewellery over multiple purchases. Out of 6 pieces only 2 are still wearable due to gold colour wearing off, breaking and jewels falling out. I do not have a manual job, go on holiday once or twice a year and I am not an athlete (to give you an idea of the wear and tear the items receive.)
While I like the items, the ethos and the marketing, be prepared for items to last maybe a year to 18 months.
