Asking for address to return item due to being too small not given label or barr code to return all I want is adress to return thdy say use return portal i did still no return label i just want to return an item

my bracelet unfortunately broke, and i contacted customer service who replied within literally minutes (on a saturday evening!) my replacement was on its way to me on the monday 🥰 so easy & the girls are so lovely 💓💓

I changed my mind about my purchase soon after ordering it. And was told I had to wait until it was delivered. I have been having trouble with the returns portal and have emailed 3 times asking for help with no response........

Paperclip Necklace

The problem with my necklace has been resolved thank you
Unfortunately one of the items I received from here was dull in colour and looked nothing like the other 3 items which are lovely but despite being told 3 days ago someone would be in touch I have heard nothing after also trying to reach out via the WhatsApp number. This seems an all too familiar reaction with online sellers but I had higher hopes from DLouise after all their online presence.

Absolutely stunning pieces

Absolutely stunning pieces! I ordered a tennis bracelet and some earrings for my bridle jewellery and they are really beautiful and elegant! There was a mix up with one of my pieces and I was sent the wrong thing. The customer service was impeccable, they replied to my email within a few hours and had the correct piece sent to me the next day with no fuss!
Overall very impressed!

Doesn't stand the test of time.

The jewellery doesn't stand the test of time. Fine for short term wear. I have bought £250+ possibly £300 worth of jewellery over multiple purchases. Out of 6 pieces only 2 are still wearable due to gold colour wearing off, breaking and jewels falling out. I do not have a manual job, go on holiday once or twice a year and I am not an athlete (to give you an idea of the wear and tear the items receive.)

While I like the items, the ethos and the marketing, be prepared for items to last maybe a year to 18 months.
