We appointed DM & Co to market our property. From the beginning Kathy was very engaging, honest in her appraisal of our home and the prevailing market conditions. She provided an air of confidence that the property would sell at the asking price and, as we felt that confidence too, we decided to appoint DM.

The early photo shoot and video tour was extremely professional. We met Rav who presented the video and who would be our day to day contact. She was also engaging and kept us updated as we moved forward. I also felt that they were both very good at sharing communications between me and the buyers in the chain and making sure the buyers were fully engaged in the process. We had quite a long chain, and these are always difficult to manage.

In the end our house was formally listed in February and completed in early May. So a good job, especially as economic factors were starting to affect sentiment. So for a personal, hands-on, professional service we would recommend fully. S & S P

Buying a house is one of the biggest stresses of a lifetime, but Rav at Dm&Co made the experience such a pleasure with fast, efficient and very friendly communication. I can’t pin point one thing that made the service so much better than the last time we moved many years ago, but it was genuinely a pleasure with Rav. The chocolates and congratulations card on completion just summed up how lovely they try and make the experience for you.

I dealt with a lady named Rav the Experience From the very beginning was professional. Rav explained with some rationale the state of the market and advised a lower price than the previous Agency, handled negotiations professionally and kept me informed at all times.The selling experience was made much more pleasant due to the way it was handled and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending DM and Rav in particular. A nice touch at the end, a personal card and a box of chocolates!!

DM&Co have been excellent, especially Rav. We had a bit of a journey with our purchase, and we felt that Rav went above and beyond for us as buyers and really fought our corner when things went wrong. I'd gladly use DM&Co again in the future.

We decided to use DM&co as a smaller local estate agent. From the initial conversation they provided a very friendly, professional approach and gave advice around pricing our house sensibly to sell - advice that paid off as it sold in 2 days and for more than the asking price! They managed all viewings and the only thing we had to do was tidy the house in preparation!
Throughout the process, Rav has gone above and beyond in ensuring we were kept up to date with very prompt phone calls and emails. Moving house is often a stressful experience but DM&co have made it easy. If only they could unpack the boxes as well! Thank you DM - we definitely recommend you!

We had a great experience whilst looking for a property. Evie showed us around our first viewing but was unsuccessful with the application due to many interested parties! Chiara kept our details on file and made sure to let us know of any properties that suited our budget and what we was looking for, very friendly and professional and made our move as easy as possible! DM & Co were initially the agent for the house we wanted to buy and we were selling with someone else. But in fact we then swapped agents to sell our house with them too, and throughout the process, their interactions with us were always thorough, timely and so helpful. The DM&Co team were very helpful in managing the successful exit of a rented property, especially the relationship management between tenant and landlord where a disagreement arose. Most noticeable quality you experience with DM is the personal touch in a world where, with time & financial restraints that's becoming rare. They have time for you. Conveyancing is fraught with delays & apathy so to have an estate agent who responds quickly and efficiently can really make a difference. Ann Wood is one such example. Always efficient, always proactive and always personable. She would go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. She was the glue that held the whole process together.

We have recently completed the sale on our house and would like to thank Kathy and her team for all their support.
