Excellent customer service! Bought an Avionaut Sky from DMB just about a year ago now, seller is still happy to answer any queries regarding reinstallation when I want to make sure I’ve got it in ok or removing inserts, adjusting straps, etc. Any and all future car seats will be purchased from here, I’m honestly beyond delighted with the aftercare received.

The help and advice I have received from Deborah over the last 3 years is second to none. Couldn’t recommend Deborah enough! She was so knowledgeable and helpful and so friendly. Came to the house and went over two different kind of car seats for my 6 month old as I was struggling with the infant carrier. Tried them in the house then she fitted both to my car to see what I preferred. Order was so simple too. Then she came back and fitted our chosen seat to the car and made sure everything was perfect. 5 Star service

Deborah is helpful and knowledgeable. I had narrowed which seat to go for down myself but with no nearby stockist I contacted Deborah and she came to our house with the ones I wanted to see. She tried both options in our car so we could test them out and make an informed decision. She then ordered the one we chose and came back to deliver/install it, a very simple process to ensure you get the best seat for you and your baby. Thank you!

Brilliant customer care so far. Came to meet us half way as we were a distance from the shop. Gave great advice and helped us fit the new seat. She also gave me a fit check for our existing seat which was above and beyond. We will be fitting the seat in another car and will be getting more help via messaging and pictures to ensure a safe fit. Such a good service and love our seat so far! So useful to have somewhere to try out the seats as ERF 25kg seats are not stocked anywhere else near us. We also had less choice due to our LG being small and needing a seat to fit in a van- so thankful for the advice and help.
