Do not go to this company if you want fast results. Initially a representative advised me that the process is 5 business days and that they send the at home test fed-ex and they provide a return through fed-ex. That did not happen it was a regular usps envelope and it took over a week for them to receive the samples. My date was then pushed back 4 times and I was notified the sample was conducted correctly. I then had the other party get the sample completed and they received it on Friday. Called in and they told me it was not received. This company is a scam here I am 1 month and a week later and still no results. They offered nothing as an inconvenience. This test cost entirely too much for these discrepancies to occur. I would suggest going in a clinic to prevent these issues. Never ever would recommend!

Wanted a test with my father who had recently passed they said no problem. We will need a blood sample hair sample fingernail clippings and ear wax. They would send the kit to the mortuary. (The mortuary can't get blood sample or hair sample by law.) I received a call a few days later saying we need these samples. I told them the kit was on its way, per there employee Lovell Fitzpatrick. The lady (Jennifer Wernicke) asked what kit, I said the one Lovell sent to the mortuary. She said they don't send a kit until the death certificate has been sent to them and they don't take hair, fingernail or earwax, they do mouth and nose swabs. Short story my father got cremated and I never got a DNA test because of there lack of communication with myself and the mortuary.

I wouldn’t recommend this company!!! I did the grandparent DNA test, the 1st email said 1-2 days, after the 2 days was up, I reached out to the company, then was told 5 business days because it’s a grandparent test, today made the 5th day, I reached back out to the company, now I received another email saying 2 more days!! If I knew that this company was like this giving me the runaround, I WOULD HAVE WENT ELSEWHERE!!!

Very difficult to reach for help/assistance. I am saddened. I thought this is the only place
To go for DNA for uscis. Make your research!! Maybe there’s better facility than this!

Scam! For a company being so big why do you only do your paternity testing through Natera in CA. That’s the other side of the country! Natera stated that they do partner with you but why use them if you’re saying all of DDC had equipment that up to standard with FDA? Tried to talk to people about testing location and was given the runaround. I think it’s all a scam especially because Natera claimed they don’t test until after 10 weeks

Three stars because I was able to find out the results before birth, and the results did hold up in court. But also the mother didn't protest parentage because of the results. Removed 2 stars because the process took twice as long as promised. Nothing worse than waiting months to find out the results of a DNA test.

worse DNA people ever i will tell you that i did one from walgreens no names nothing my childs father did one behind my back had names but doesnt make any sence than try to tell me they couldnt give me anymore information cause i wasnt the father.

They will not return items that had been sent to them for DNA paternity testing. Also, they will not send a written report because, supposedly, no DNA was found.
They are very rude and do not have a customer friendly attitude.
Would never use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If i can give a zero star i would for this company, I ordered a peace of mind test and the presentation of the report looks very unprofessional and amateur. The report was presented on a paper with no letterhead and from someone with basic excel skills. The report doesn't state the names of the alleged people testing, and i am not even sure they tested the samples i sent. Not to talk of how hard it is to read the report.

If only I could leave no stars. Honestly, they owe me a star or two. This company is horrible. The two day result promise is a joke. They will not honor this at all. The customer service rep was rude and put me on hold for 5 minutes hoping I would just hang up on two different occasions. We have now been given a 4 day extension. Don’t buy this product unless you have time to waste and want to be treated poorly.

Terrible company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These folks all they want is the money. Their customer service are inept, they don't communicate among themselves they do not annotate what you tell them. They messed up the lab process so it set us back. Then there was another set back they never mailed me anything about it, I found out because I'm on top of our case. I called so many times and everytime I had to wait for about an hour then when I get someone on the line they act like they know what's going on but they don't!!! Even when they read the history on the case. Even a supervisor doesn't know what she's doing they tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. You wait for correspondence from them NOTHING arrives at the time they say will arrive....again I have to call to babysit them into doing their job!!!! Again I get lied to. The last thing they told me was on July 24, 2023 they sent by mail results. I'm still waiting!!!!!!!!!! They are inept. Do not care! Now I have to call them again to see what other issue came up. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent hesitates getting that supervisor on the phone. This is a sales company NOT A SERVICE COMPANY. The do not know how to handle paying customers the right way. I complained by email, thinking I was going to get a call back. Never got a call.
The higher ups are in cahoots with the lower workers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Feel like these just want yeah money have made so many mistakes with my test saying they haven’t got my phone calls recorded plus a nurse come out and took photos which he shouldn’t have 895 for a test and I feel worse than I did before taking my test I feel like my test results are wrong I go into have the baby next week and not taking my partner in cause I feel like results are wrong I asked for a refund

the customer service is so sketchy, you have to sit on the line for at least 30 minutes or more to get ahold of one of them. i still don’t even trust the employees ive spoken to, they said they would send me an email to confirm they received everything they needed, and they have not. i do not have time to waste to get these results, getting the swab from the potential father was already extremely difficult and to not even get a notification whether my stuff has arrived is ridiculous. i believe their employees don’t even know what is going on half of the time and they are just saying random things at this point so they can get onto the next person, i don’t listen to anything they say. i’m supposed to get results by friday, fingers crossed this actually happens. you’d think with spending almost 2000 dollars that you would be treated better, especially with a topic as sensitive as this one. i called the other day with a simple question and the lady didn’t even hesitate to put me on hold so i could talk to the scheduling staff. my question didn’t even regard something being scheduled, i just wanted to know if my stuff had arrived at the lab, which i still don’t even know.

I did an at home paternity test sent it out on Monday tracked my package to their facility and it was delivered on Friday. I understand Saturdays and Sundays is a weekend so they might be close Monday came and went today’s Tuesday. Sent an email out to DDC and they said they have not received my package even though, USPS said it had arrived there on Friday. Did anybody else experience this?

Testing quick and efficient. Had a call to say results ready, but then my daughter waited in reception over an hour for the results to be brought down one floor.

I used DDC for a paternal test.
And was very happy with the service.
They were prompt and reasonably priced.

We then used them again for another paternal test for my grandson and they were as good as the first time.

I recommend these guys and will be using them again in the very near future.

Great experience, Chase explained the Immigration process in detail, better than the actual Embassy. No issues at all, he told me everything I needed.

Not really impressed so far. I have been waiting over a week for results that were meant to come in 7 days for a prenatal paternity test. My next steps rely on the result of this test and I’m running out of time. I called to get an update and was on hold for 30 mins.. to have someone tell me that the lab put a note on the file to say my blood isn’t usable. The line then went dead and I’ve had to sit on hold for another half hour. I had to travel for 2 hours to do the test because they don’t have any partner labs for blood draws in my city. They didn’t even email or call me to notify me that they need another blood sample from me. These tests are expensive and to not even get basic communication on steps of action needed to complete the test, it’s not cool at all. I will now potentially have to travel again and wait another week for a result.
