Casey was brilliant this morning and definitely gave me a good start to the day as well as being completely professional. She's wasted on the phones and with the charisma of the woman she should be out there as a face of the company. Definitely needs a pay rise. 10/10 service thanks again!

I had testing done with DNA “legal” at the beginning of the year. My results came back with false positives the first time I disputed this so we did second testing where my blood had came back with no alcohol whatsoever whereas my hair said that I was drinking excessively. It also stated that I had illegal drugs in my hair. I went to another lab as this was incorrect and sure enough All of my results came back negative. To anyone considering letting this company get involved in their lives I strongly strongly urge you not to. This has happened to thousands of people. They have torn families apart, they should be shut down for good.

Jill was excellent, I can't sing her praise enough, she was very reassuring and talked me through the process start to finish as I am new to the whole process, she is a lovely lady and I can't thank her enough for being so professional and also reassuring.

John was so polite and very considerate of where and how he took my hair to make it look as natural as possible i would fully recommend him! He is a bundle of joy. He left no mess and kept making sure I was okay all throughout the process
