What a scam
Buyer beware. The worst customer service on the planet! Tried to correct issues for 6 months to no avail. After canceling, they wanted to charge 1/2 for another year and wouldn’t back down.
All this is is a money making scam. They report partial truths and make it impossible to update or correct for the small business. Give bad report incorrectly then ask you to pay $8000 so you can get them corrected. It's BS and they need to be sued.
Don't trust them. They contact me via fiverr and chat on Telegram. They offer me a job to transcript from image, they request me pay to work, then I hand out $5USD as refundable fee.
After I finish the job, they keep making up excuses like the payment transaction failed, I need to pay $400/500USD to fix the problem. No matter what you do, the transaction will 100% fail and request you to pay more. They will trick you, just don't reply them.
The same thing has just happened to me and my company.
I lost 580$ thanks to fraud job they give to me to retype 35 pages of book, I supposed to pay my medical bills and now I don't have money to pay my medical bills and other, thanks for the fraud
The company approached me through Fiverr. It is a total scam. They first asked me to send 50 USD as a refundable deposit in order to complete the first assignment fully. I read the review here and got the image very clear.
Please no one should trust them. It's a total fraud.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY IN THE US!!!! I pay $150 dollars a month for the credit builder service and cant add one trade line to my account. Despite the fact that the businesses that I'm trying to add are listed in their approved database of businesses to add as trade lines. They have a ton of data on my credit report and I can't see who's reporting it or where it came from and the customer service reps at the company can't explain it either. I'm really scratching my head trying to understand what all the hoopla is about this company. This is so sad!!!! It is just another harsh reality that shows how far we've falling as a nation.
I PAID THEM $9,000 For there credit buisness builder services and let me tell you I have not got what I believed I should have from there credit concierge services. My buisness credit is still at the same range it was since the beginning.
Dun & Bradstreet is a scam and helps to ruin businesses, they have my business information wrong and issued a false Dun & Bradstreet profile report. They had my old phone number, had I was 8 months in business when it is more than 11 years incorporated and is a side business/hobby. Dun & Bradstreet had me as a credit risk, when I do not use credit/financing, do not want it, and I have no debts. I have a tiny ornamental organic plant seedling business; Dun & Bradstreet had my business profile wrong as also hunting/fishing and forestry. Days with customer service online and they seem to want to go through it on the phone instead of email, probably because they want to record my voice for another scam they have. The Dun & Bradstreet database is not secure, I could not login for months to manage my account and correct errors. The Better Business Bureau listed address for the Dun and Bradstreet Corporate Headquarters mysteriously dropped out of the dropdown menu at the BBB recently--it makes me think the Dun and Bradstreet use creepy tactics.
The reason I signed up originally for a free Dun & Bradstreet account is because I was forced to do so by the USA Government that used to require a Dun and Bradstreet DUNS number to apply for a government grant. My applications were for grants only for my research and development of my organic plant grower device that helps grow plants faster. Dun & Bradstreet used to have an excellent reputation decades ago, so I did not look them up to find out if they were still an okay company, usually I will look up customer reviews, but unfortunately did not.
A disgrace and a disappointment. They found me on my Fiver account regarding a project. They wanted to send through a number of images and wanted me to copy text, font, background etc into word. They required a deposit of 50usd showing my commitment as i would be a long distance freelancer. They sent me a sevice agreement to review which did indeed include the necessary clauses to cover me as a service provider and included the 50usd fee that was refundable. All this, seemed legit based on the initial conversations we had. I signed, received a project which i completed and sent through a day in advance of the official deadline. They sent me a proof of payment of 700usd approximately. The money never came through. I gave them 2 different bank accounts for online payment and they claimed they cant pay me unless i link my account to their payment systems. What they never mentioned prior to me signing is that in order to link it i had to pay 300usd which was refundable. This wasnt mentioned in the contract therefore it was not guaranteed in my eyes. I didnt have the 300 and even if i did i would not send them anymore money. It is the company's responsibility to make sure payments go through to their employees and service providers. They then negotiated saying we can each pay half of the amount. This is unacceptable. I as an employee should not be obliged to pay for their authorisations in order to get paid for my job. They didnt even offer to add this as an additional clause to the contract. I have never heard anything like this before. I wouldnt trust this company again. The final straw was that they were disappointed with me saying they lost money by sending through the payment. Which didnt make sense cz if i never received the money it means its still on their side and they can retract it. Total scam, disappointment and waste of time
FYI: Found this Press Release online today after trying to (unsuccessfully) run a credit report on a potential new client with 6 stores (Trustpilot doesn't allow links in their reviews, so just Web Search): 2022/04/federal-trade-commission-finalizes-order-against-dun-bradstreet-deceiving-businesses-failing-update
As our companies CFO, anytime the mention of Dun and Bradstreet comes up it immediately raises my blood pressure. Back in the 80's and 90's they were a great resource for our company, but I have been telling the President of our company for the last 10-15+ years now that its just a money-grabbing scam and we need to stop sending reports to them and purchasing reports/services. They really need to stop offering all these "extra" services, like Credit Builder, etc and just go back to credit reporting of businesses. There is no way our current businesses credit report can be "update-to date" as I know I haven't sent them anything since around 2019. Ever since they stopped mailing out the financial statement request packets (with the pre-paid self-addressed address label) we have stopped mailing in our business financials. They had an email address we could submit them to, but at the time it wasn't encrypted so that wasn't preferred. To be honest, I don't know what DNBs current process for submitting financials is as we haven't been receiving any communication from them regarding updates and the website just takes you in circles. All I know is that, over the years, every time I try to make the effort to go to their website I get the runaround (including even different site addresses like dandb.com, iupdate.dnb.com, dashboard.dnb.com, dnb.com, plus many others I've already purged out of my notes).... its just ridiculous!
Given how they operate... how can they sell a product to others regarding our business if our information is not up-to-date?... hence the FTC order.
Tried utilizing DNBs services again today in effort to gain insight on a potential new client with 6 stores and here is a summary of that experience: Got past the "Cart" area to pay for the BIR On Demand report and now I can't find where to go in the website to access the report I just paid for, AND to top it all off it has an "Auto-renewal" for the report. The "Cart note" said I could go into my setting afterwards and remove the auto-renewal... but guess what, when I went there, the page gives you no option to do such. Tried calling them and got a "leave a message" recording. Tried their "Chat" feature and after 10min of auto-bot talk got a message that all agents are busy and to call the 800 number I just called 15min prior.... and the website, oh my, it just takes you in circles... I'm 2hrs into something that should have taken 15mins, and I'm not even done yet.
So yeah... as soon as I get this auto-renewal canceled our company and I have no interest in dealing with DNB again.
Just sucks because we still have people asking for our DNB number for awarding install/service jobs, comm line of credit renewals, bonding, etc... so curious to see where this will take industry, in general, now that the FTC is stepping in.
If the data of DNB can't be trusted it really shouldn't be used as a catalyst for analyzing businesses creditability and credibility.
They are scammers they report false information damaging your company reputation then want you to pay them just to dispute the fake reporting from a vendor I never used or had credit with.
Absolute Worst company ever. We have emailed we have tried calling no answer at all, we dont want to contact them but are forced by comodo ssl to get an incorrect telephone number fixed that they listed on their platform. Absolutely utterly useless
agree with others commenting they are a scam organization and should be sued. they fraudulently reported stuff about our business to get us to pay for their services to see. when we didn't and pressed them, they finally removed, but wouldn't say how or why the original fraud appeared. We know they did it to get small businesses to pay for something they don't need. US Government should investigate them for ripping off and scamming many small businesses.
Worst experience ever, if you are evere contacted by a James williams or George Andrew (supposedly finance manager) or who ever claims is from this company, just run away, pure scam
will fool you into some retyping work and then ask you for a bull s*hit company Id so you can get paid, and ofcourse since you don't have it they offer you to purchase one for 200$! And the thing is they believe in their own bull-s*h*t and think people can get fooled around more than once, their website seems so fishy and all the information does not really make sense in Tech domain (even if it seems like a real company website)
run

Total scam. They will go above and beyond to avoid refunding you or canceling a subscription that they trick you into without you realizing it. There is no way to remove your card or cancel the subscription without calling them and over the phone they will do everything under the sun to make canceling impossible. I didn't even receive anything for my order on top of it. And the customer service guy "forwarded me" to the cancellation department only to forward me to nothing. When I tried calling back, I got ignored. The company is horrible. Probably the most scammy online company that I have ever made the mistake of giving money to. I want my refund!
Beware, This company will steal you private details like name, address etc and create a profile for themselves and publishing your details making out that you are a client. Extremely dangerous people and dodgy.
I am grateful to the whole team of the BFG iTECH for the quality work in the development of our site. I was pleased with the result!
I wish this place can be shut down or hire more professional individuals. I spoke to a guy yesterday he was such a rude person. Last month I call customer service to figure out why every time I logged in it gave me someone else that lives in my development business information. They said it was by mistake etc and apologize, then told me he would put in an expedited request to have my DUNS number created. If possible I want that call pulled and review for coaching. I work in customer service and wouldn’t dare talk down to people. I really wish I remembered his name. This morning I got an email saying ( Thank you for requesting a D-U-N-S Number with Dun & Bradstreet. Unfortunately, your request could not be completed at this time.) After the unprofessional idiot I spoke with told me it hasn’t been 30 days then try to get me to pay $200.00 + to expedite my request. I am furious about this.
