Jordon Watkins is a great representative for Creditsafe. He is personable and approachable. He clearly demonstrated the Creditsafe features, explaining the different options. Into our 4th year now, and I probably wouldn't have renewed had it not been for Jordon and his friendly way.

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and are in contact frequently to check service remans good. Not very happy with the 30% increases when renewing!

Your team worked hard to provide the subject info, only to discover you do not cover beyond Limited/registered companies. As a large proportion of our client base comes from outside your data, is anoying, and to be then pushed to give you more by way of a service extension, we find is a bit 'laddish'.

I looked at our company report earlier in the year which had a overdue payment recorded against us by a supplier which was incorrect, however Creditsafe published this against our record. I disputed this as it wasn't right as we as a company don't carry supplier debt. It was removed, but as this was on our credit report it should have been checked before publishing it and not on the word of a supplier who made an error or maybe it was Creditsafe who made the mistake and the reasoning from them for doing this was poor. It makes you think about the credit reports you're looking at is the information correct? I'm disappointed.
