Bought a morning suit for Ascot in my usual sizes. Everything fitted fine apart from the dress shirt which was fine around the neck but not across my stomach but easily replaced by yourselves.

Good quality clothing but disappointing outcome
Good quality clothing. Sent for 3 piece suit. However the jacket supplied was a smaller size than was ordered. Emailed the company who said they had one of our required left in stock and they would send it out straightaway.
However got an email the next day saying that they unfortunately did not have it. Outcome was we had to send the whole lot back as we couldn’t get the jacket

Panic averted
My original order of a formal dinner suit did not fit, but I had left it too late to exchange, so I weas forced to buy an alternative, better fitting suit and return the original for a refund. The return was simple to arrange and the new order was despatched quickly and efficiently. A special thank you to Emelie in Customer Service who arranged Saturday delivery with no issue or fuss.

Then recently my sons prom suit and they were amazing needed a replacement, first one came Tuesday returned it straight away as was worried I already left it late so emailed them and they had the new one with me by Thursday.
