Ordered a jacket, returned due to not fitting (sleeves too long), received refund promptly.
Should point out they do offer options on length, but the 'short' size was out of stock hence it being in a sale.

Good quality, fits as the sizes requested. Was a problem with Royal mail delivery, said would be delivered between 4-30pm to 7-30pm ,received a message at 4pm saying they weren't able to make delivery, I'd plan to be in by 4-15pm so consequently wasn't in ,the next delivery was 45minutes after expected delivery times ,so would suggest a different delivery company. Otherwise everything as expected.

I ordered size 34 waist and 32 leg but they sent 34 waist and 34 leg so now I will need to get them taken up two inches

Looking at the order you placed, the order confirmation we sent and the order the warehouse has processed for you, you placed an order for trousers in size 34L, this is what we have sent.
The L stands for long, which are 34" leg so correct to what you ordered.
You should have ordered in this instance a 34R, R stands for regular leg which is a 32" leg length.
I can see you ordered the correct length jacket, just maybe clicked the wrong size trouser from the list?
These things happen and thank you for taking the time to leave your 1-star review, we offer a free exchange process which can be found online to correct this.
