We are refitting our en suite bathroom. Aaron has been incredibly helpful and patient - as we've taken a while to make decisions. He is very knowledgeable about all the options available. Everyone at Doble Bathrooms has been very friendly.

I had a really pleasant experience with this company. I came in last week outlying my need for a quick delivery to replace a broken toilet. Without expecting much in the current climate of the world, Doble’s managed to obtain me one within a few days. My emergency plumber has now installed this new toilet and it works brilliantly. I rarely use technology, but I had to ensure I left a review for the excellent service I received.

To the young guy with ginger hair. You sold me a towel rail on the Friday and guaranteed a next day delivery which was very important to me (as I made known) as my plumber which took me a good while to pin down as he is so busy was booked in to fit it Monday morning. Unbeknown to me, the shop doesn’t open on a Saturday or Sunday!! This was 3 weeks ago and still not able to get plumber back I.e. to busy!!! Called you on the Monday and explained that not only is it an aggravation for the plumber and now. He’s to busy to fit me in! Your reply was, yeah I bet???!!!!??? So no apology. Just ignorance and dame right rude.

Really good experience. Fast response to a stock query, and speedy service. Definitely recommend.

We had fantastic experience with Doble Bathrooms and recently purchased a new bathroom from there. We had been around a few different show rooms and struggled to pin point exactly what we wanted. When we went into Doble Bathrooms, their show room was excellent with a huge range of different bathrooms. They have an online show room too which was useful but I would definitely recommending going into the store to get a feel for the range they have. They were obviously very experienced and knew all of the little ins and outs of bathroom design which we would not have considered and other stores did not mention. I would highly recommend.

Great company to deal with.. responsive to my emails and phone calls. Product was shipped and arrived within 24 hours despite having to be ordered directly from the supplier. Good prices compared with some of the other companies I looked at for the bathroom products I bought.

A great local bathroom shop. We ordered a whole bathroom suite and were really happy with the service, advice and wide selection available. We did have an issue where the bath was damaged but Barry (owner) sorted it out promptly. Would happily recommend Doble bathrooms.

Doble Bathrooms Direct were a brilliant company to deal with from start to finish. They could not have been more helpful, phoning back when they said they would and kept us informed about our order which was much appreciated. They delivered it personally which was a nice personal touch and the price was very competitive as well.

Very poor experience!
I purchased an ex display tap from here that went wrong within 2 months. I understood it to be ex display so expected some sort of empathy whilst repairing it or a discount in purchasing a new replacement. I was explained how to repair the existing item however I was not offered any other assistance I decided to buy a new tap at the manager's goodwill of a discount of 30%, when I got home I was shocked to find the tap elsewhere for £20 cheaper than doble. I subsequently was left with a new tap at a higher inflated price. I put it to experience took the tap home after waiting for it to be specially ordered! Upon getting it home it wasnt as described so went back to get help only to be told they had no conversation about the taps description and that I was a liar and paranoid. I demanded a refund and took my business elsewhere, a competitor helped me with the broken tap I purchased from doble not only ordering the cheap faulty component but also helping me to quickly and simply rebuild my existing tap for FREE! A service I should have expected from doble having purchased from them numerous times in the past. I wont be returning here ever again, due to the way I was made to feel. And felt rmthat strongly that I have taken the time to write this long review.

I have purchased from Doble bathrooms for a number of times in the last 10 years. They are reliable and offer good reasonable price. They will also go an extra mile to help. Recently, I need the tap to be delivered overseas. Although doble bathroom doesnt provide overseas delivery, they help me preparing for the parcel ready for courier collection.
