We are a family run 3rd generation company that has been in operation for over 60 years. Originally founded by Frederick Doble, who started out as a general heating engineer and later purchased a small retail unit with his wife Wendy Doble to trade from as they could see the possibilities for expansion. This is where the empire started to grow and three moves later, expanding to larger premises the company is now run by their son Barry Doble who has had over thirty years’ experience in the bathroom industry. We have an unlimited amount of bathroom literature available for our clients, so please feel free to pick up brochures from our showroom or speak to one of our sales staff for advice when visiting our showroom. All our staff have a good knowledge of the retail and trade, giving us a huge advantage over our competitors who struggle in this field. The stocks we carry are vast, we supply items from the smallest "O" ring to the largest bathroom suite possible, most of which we can deliver the next working day with our fleet of vehicles (if situated within the M25). A bathroom is many things – a room to indulge and prepare you for the day ahead or a sanctuary for relaxing in after a day’s hard work. We can help you to create your dream bathroom whether you are looking for a brand new complete room or just a few accessories to bring an existing room up to date. Not only do we offer amazing discounts on our products, but we also regularly check our prices to make sure that our customers are always getting the best deal. If you have seen something advertised at a cheaper price, then let us know and we will try and price match for you. We have plenty of off street parking available for those who wish to collect or visit our retail centre.

I have spent years working with various…

I have spent years working with various bathroom showrooms in a professional capacity and never have I experienced such excellent service.Entering the world of bathrooms and buying very important pieces for one's home can be daunting, but at Doble you get service, experience and really excellent knowledge as to what is the best purchase for your project. Nothing is too much trouble for the whole team. Aaron, the showroom manager, could not be more professional. I cannot thank him enough for getting me through the decision making process. Brill customer service

The only place with a discount on the mirror we want to buy from HIB and absolutely brilliant customer service from Carren. Called us to inform delivery and as supplier hadnt originally packaged the best and sent by courier, the mirror was smashed inside. Carren was right on the case ordering us a new mirror, ensuring it was double packaged and not delivered by courier but by a HIB driver. Carren kept us well informed throughout the whole process. Id definitely use again :)

Why Can’t I give them six stars…

Cannot givec them six stars unfortunately - the best prices on the internet with the best customer service, Carly worked so hard to fulfill my order, finding acceptable replacements when some items were out of stock, communication was fantastic. Highly recommended - Thank you

We've been working with Dobles who…Look after our bathroom needs for our construction company.

We've been working with Dobles who supply bathroom goods/radiators for most of our building projects (as a building contractor, that's a lot!).

All of the staff are very helpful and keep us well informed about the products/lead times etc.

I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for any bathroom advice, design or products.

Terrible customer service

Made an online order which had no delivery charge, this made them good value as product was more expensive than elsewhere but others charged delivery. Order placed 9am, i had a call at 4pm saying it was an error and needed to pay nearly 30 quid delivery!!! So they were no longer cheaper, and asked for a refund, and i lost a day by having ro order from elsewhere. I think they should have honoured it, its their mistake. At best match the best price including delivery from elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting.

We are sorry to hear your disappointment and have investigated the situation. Unfortunately it appears that a glitch within our online computer programme allowed the delivery charge to be omitted, this only usually happens when the customer selects the "collect in person" option which removes any delivery charge, it seems somehow this was overwritten with your required address.
As soon as this came to light we contacted you to give you the option of either paying the standard delivery charge or a full and immediate refund. You chose the latter and your PayPal account was immediately refunded.
We are a small independent company who have been established since 1964, we simply can not afford to waive any charges that we in turn have to pay from our shipping company. Online prices are already so competitive this would render the sale below our cost price which is detrimental to our on-going business and everyone employed within the company.
We apologise we could not assist you on this occasion and wish you well with your bathroom purchase.

First rate service

I bought an equalise q shower from Doble, but due to some error (not on their part) I had the wrong unit.

I called them up and they arranged to replace the unit with the one I needed - which was less straightforward than it sounds as there were date complications, equalise being very strict etc. etc. but the team at Doble were absolutely first rate and helped me all the way - and in fact went out of their way.

Everyone I spoke to was very nice and extremely helpful, cannot fault the customer service/experience was first rate.

I don't renew my bathrooms everyday, but the next time I need something they will be on my shortlist!

Oh and they had great prices too ;)

Brilliant customer aftercare …

One of the double flush units I had purchased had a slight flaw. a broken hose nipple.It was well past the warrantee period, because I hadn't fitted it straight away, Despite this Aaron of Doble sent my request for a spare part to Ideal Standard. Surprisingly they sent a complete flush unit FOC instead of the part.
What brilliant customer care from them both.

Courteous and helpful staff, swift deliver

I am impressed with Doble and would certainly use again. The staff promptly called to arrange my online order. It was delivered as promised and I was able to check it over on arrival. It turned out there was a manufacturing flaw in the basin. When i called the next day the staff were great, I sent pictures and it was replaced within 2 days to west coast of Scotland. The same delivery man brought the replacement and took away the defected one, he was lovely. Am presently dealing with another bathroom supplier QS Supplies I only wish I could give them the same recommendations. Well done!

Really good customer service and excellent pricing

Really good customer service, I had a couple of issues as I ordered the wrong part and the person I spoke to on the phone was really helpful and resolved the problem quickly. The prices are the best available, my plumber couldn’t do better. I would definitely use this company again, it was recommended by a friend and I have recommend it to other friends.

Highly recommended supplier

I have only praise for Doble bathrooms. They noticed that I had saved a basket of Roca products, but not proceeded to buy, contacted me to let me know the current stock position and hunted around for an item that was out of stock. I paid online on a Saturday and everything was delivered on Tuesday morning. Some weeks later I found a problem with one item that was hidden under the protective tape put there by the manufacturer and Doble arranged for a replacement a couple of days later.

The staff were helpful and friendly throughout. I will use them again and highly recommend Doble to my friends.

Having ordered & immediately paid for a …

Having ordered & immediately paid for a bath which was advertised online as being immediately available, I was later informed the day before scheduled delivery that the only one of its kind in stock had been damaged. Accepting this statement at face value, I agreed to wait 2-3 weeks for a replacement to be delivered. After me chasing them up, I received both a telephone call & an e-mail to advise me of delivery date. One day before the newly scheduled delivery, I received another e-mail advising that the bath was damaged & that no more could be sourced so the order had been cancelled & a refund actioned. However, on their website, the self same baths are being advertised as available for immediate dispatch but now at double the original advertised cost. Why can't companies just be upfront & honest & treat their customers with some degree of respect & intelligence instead of stringing them along whilst holding on to the payment for 4 weeks.

Avoid at all costs. Do not be fooled by the prices!

Absolutely shocking posts sales service with a patronising, unhelpful attitude.
I really will never use this company again. I would urge you not to bother either and shop somewhere else.
Disappointing and shameful business practice.
