Would not recommend. Booked and paid for a cert only to be told they can’t cover dates ahead of the present. Already worked the days certified so totally useless to me and a waste of money. Don’t bother

Good appointment but the line was very unclear so found it hard to hear the doctor but he repeated himself and we got through the session fine but it was difficult to hear the entire time

Wrong name on prescription
Doctor was lovely and friendly however, I had a sick toddler who was very upset and the doctor sent the prescription to the pharmacy with the wrong name, making us have to wait an additional hour for our prescription by the time the error was discovered and the new prescription sent. I wouldn’t have minded but my child was very difficult to contain in the pharmacy and was getting increasingly upset
