I made the mistake of scheduling an appointment with a doctor in Ireland while visiting in Italy. The doctor was so kind and worked out a way for me to get the medication I needed even though he was not an Italian physician. Just wonderful!

Booked for a phone consultation yesterday at 10am for 10.20am slot. Got a phone call at exactly 10.20am. Antibiotics prescribed for UTI..in pharmacy within 15mins for collection.Excellent service.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Had a chest infection and was able to book an appointment with a doctor within 15 mins of logging on to site. Doctor was able to diagnose chest infection and send perscription to my local Pharmacist within the hour. Will definitely be using this service again rathar than waiting days for an appointment with my local doctor.

He asked what my symptoms were and advised me if they got worse to go to hospital
The doctor called when he said.
He listened to my symptoms and prescribed the appropriate medication and sent the script to the pharmacy straight away

I was in Ireland for my vacation. While there, I ran out of my medication, so I booked an appointment through this portal. They arranged my prescription, and within a minute it was sent to the pharmacy. This portal is very efficient and quick—I really appreciate it. It solved my problem.

Absolutely terrible!!!! They never even called me! I paid for the appointment, I needed an urgent prescription and they actually NEVER called. I sent urgent emails and no one replied. AND I never received a refund!!! AVOID. Do not waste your money or time
