No email confirming order only PayPal receipt. No communication on delivery time. Once it arrived items well wrapped , not knitted or linen fabric. Cheap printed polyester type fabric. No stretch at all, sizes smaller than I thought. I'd have ordered up at least a size. The XXL fits a tight UK size 12. No email address or anything to complain to

Love that it has a coin slot but doesn’t get bulky. Smart design.

The order took forever to arrive. When it did it was not what I ordered and I have been unable to find out where to return it and how to get a refund. Very unhappy!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a sweater December 14th as a Christmas gift for my sister. I waited 4 weeks and no sweater. After many texts, Docochic says be patient and wait. Still nothing. They provide tracking info that I can't verify that said it's been delivered, case closed. SO, no sweater and no refund.

Ordered 3 pants (4th one free). Hoped to get them by the Holidays... Fat chance... 16 emails back and forth with excuses galore! Do not use or buy from this web site! Stuff is coming from Wuhan Bat Soup Flu capitol of the world. They have no clue as to customer relations and/or satisfaction. Hopefully, everyone will read the reviews before coming near the site.

Stay far, far away from these scam artists. Ordered a pair of pants size large. They may have fit an anorexic 12 year old. Raised a claim with paypal and won.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered 2 pairs of trousers,size XL. Received (eventually) size 2XL. On reporting mistake their reply was to suggest I find a local shop to alter them! After weeks of emails I eventually accepted a refund of 60%. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered them.

We told you then that is what we would do and we did. According to the above email you only had the one option. Well we have another: We will mark this to our experience ? We will NEVER EVER shop with your business again. We will pass the word to all the people we know. Hubby is a Marine & hunter/fisherman...we will make they ALL know how you do business & your product quality. This was to be a gift for my hubby for his last birthday. You took forever even getting this garbage to us. Then all of this CRAP. We are done with you & your company. We are DONE with you! You drug this out by not responding for a long time between each correspondence so you could get this past the 180 days or whatever. You even told me up front when we asked for the reimbursement that if I filed a complaint. That is how you did it...dragging it out!! What a horrible way to run a company!!ts

I ordered from these guys some pants and waited 4 months! I expected really good quality pants but the fabric is basically paper thin and would tear at the sight of a knife, and in the wrong size! I emailed them for a refund and they said I would have to pay for the item to be shipped back, I paid 30 for these pants and the shipping would be 30, that dumb 10% refund wouldn't even cover the costs of shipping it back! It's a scam. Don't buy from them.

Man I'm in good company! Took two month to receive my 2 pair of pants. Sizing was small and I asked for a refund. They refused to refund my money eventhough I would pay for shipping. They first offered $3 of a $70 order. If I shipped them I would of received $50. I only got 35%. Theives they are!

I would like to be able to review the quality of the pants, but I ordered them in march and have yet to receive them as of 8/24/2020. Even allowing for Covid delays, that is just ridiculous. I've been in contact with the company, and they have refused to either refund the cost or re-send the items. Avoid this company.

I ordered my pants on March 20. Finally got them July1! The problem lies with Their sizing! Their S is a L, M is a XL, and Their L is a 2XL in American Sizing! They Must Be Using Female Sizing at Their Factory! I found another Co called KALMBUSINESS, and I ordered more pants! They had a Sizing Chart That Exposed this, And had an Excellent Rating! After My Contact with DOCOSHOP, They gave Me the Same B/S Stories As everyone else has gotten! Give the pants to a Friend, Relative, etc! They Offered at different times, 5,10,15,20% and keep the pants! They said I could pay the Return Postage which was $20 US. I told them Fool Me Once, etc! I have Sent 25 emails to them! I DON’T KNOW WHY the US CAN’T Prevent This??? I hope they go BROKE!

Absolute scam! The products arrive 3 months later and I immediately sent them back because not only were they the wrong size, but was not even what I ordered. I sent back in May and the products arrived AT MY HOUSE today (Aug 18, 2020)!! The package had Return to Sender because the company failed to claim the package!! Every email I have with them kept saying they have not received the package....of course you didn’t because you never claimed the package! STAY AWAY from these thieves!

The only reason there’s a star is because that’s the only way I could move on to the review. I bought three pairs of pants and two jackets. The sizing was way off. I ordered larger than usual. Still was way too small. The zippers did not hold. And the only advice this company would give us if the items are too small you could gift them to friends. It took five months to get my order. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. This company does not stand by their product. This amounts to fraud in my eyes

I rated this company a one star only because it wont let me give it a zero. Ordered from them back in March 2020, 5 months later now in Aug. 2020 no merchandise. I have contacted this company several times only to hear "it is in the mail".........I have demanded my money back with no response. This company takes advantage of Americans being it is located in London, and the company is a FRAUD. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOU YOUR MERCHANDISE. I had a log in on their page but they removed my account. But I have enough emails that I will make a good case in court.

Extremely horrible like everyone else I placed a order and never received my items. I was continually given the run around about my order being in the mail. Its been 4-5 and theist thing they have on tracking is that customs released the item, but that's it. It does not say delivered or in transit. They did a good job of making their website seem like they are based in the US but they are not. They are out of China, had I known I would have never placed the order. I am now opening a case with my card company against them as well. STAY AWAY!!!! SCAM!!!

I wish I could give a zero or a negative. They did not deliver and will not refund the cost of the product. I had to start a dispute with my credit card company which also went to PayPal to dispute it. No way to track it in the United States, or it got lost.

Scam. I ordered a bike for my nephew. Even did it thru pay pal. I Got an email stating it was delivered 2 days prior to ordering. Plus pay pal said because I authorized it, it was a valid transaction. Aaron Brenneman was name of recipient so watch out

Product was too small. Zipper was poor quality and came right off the track. Even after back-and-forth, only a minuscule refund is being given.
