IF I COULD GIVE A 0 RATING, I WOULD. THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINAL SCAMMERS WHO HAVE ZERO INTENTION OF EVER SENDING YOUR ITEMS. I WENT THROUGH PAYPAL AND IT STILL TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET MY MONEY BACK. FRAUDULENT CRIMINALS, BOTTOM LINE.

Ordered April 2, was given invalid fed ex tracking #. Contacted company & was told items had been shipped & referred me to an outside tracking website which has horrible reviews stating they give fake tracking #'s. Have contacted company numerous times over last 6weeks & keep being told to allow more time. I think they're trying to keep stalling until I'm outside the window to dispute. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The same here. False tracking number provided on April 6th, no items yet. And add was on Facebook, what a shame...

DOCOSHOP, ROCO, POCO, SERVICE1 and SERVEFASTS.COM and others ARE CHINESE COMPANY BAIT AND SWITCH SCAMS. These chinese scammers advertise one garment but send you another cheaper, poorly made product in its place. Good luck trying to return their junk, return mail costs $20. minimum and there is no guarantee you will receive money or anything else in return... remember people they are not nice folks they're crooks. The companies advertise jackets, pants and other stuff, I'm sure you've seen the ads, nice military style jacket and pants that won't rip, ya right. Based on my experience, every chinese company advertising these products is a SCAM. Sooo, Caveat Emptor America, the chinese are stealing everything that's not nailed down.

Bought pants in March it’s almost June and nothing. Having a difficult time getting my money back from PayPal (listed under Christine Bill on PayPal) which is irritating. The “company” initially gave me a fake FED EX tracking number. Since my husband works for FED EX he know immediately that was incorrect. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt so emailed and let the company know. They did finally respond this tome
Saying there was No tracking number just keep waiting. Then they gave another tracking number which goes to no delivery service I could find online. THEN they said there isn’t any tracking info due to COVID and the pants aren’t in the US yet. I just want my money back and to let everyone know to buy nothing from these people.

The website states, "designed in the heart of London" and makes you think it's an English product. IT IS NOT. 100% manufactured in China with a horrible quality.
I purchased 4 items:1 was good, 3 were FAULTY.
2 x Trousers - As soon as I put them on, the pockets fell apart.
1 x Long Sleeve Shirt - it is very tight on the belly and the sleeves are wide and short - very VERY weird design, certainly the photo on your site DOES NOT CORRESPOND to reality.

As requested on their return policy, I sent all the requested information.

Excuse me, is that how you intend to fix a customer's disappointment after the receipt of THREE FAULTY and very bad quality products? Is that how your customer retention and satisfaction works? You think that if your customer spends ‭84.88$ on three products‬, giving 5$ back and ask him to have them fixed in a nearby shop solves it all?

It will cost you more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us, and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee.
In this situation, how about we provide 15% refund of the product? You can save money for the returning shipping fee. And we will reflect this problem and amend it asap. We sincerely hope you can understand and agree, also leave a positive comment on our website after you received the refund.

I spent a total amount of $ 84.88 USD and you are now offering a 15% refund of the product which would be, if I am not mistaken (and I really wish I was mistaken) $12.73 ?
YOU sent me faulty products.
YOU sent me products which DID NOT correspond to the pictures.
Your products fell apart immediately when I first wore them.
YOU offer $12.73 as a gesture of goodwill and furthermore ASK ME TO LEAVE A POSITIVE COMMENT ON YOUR WEBSITE AFTER I RECEIVE this ridiculous amount? I sincerely hope you are joking, as this all sounds like a joke. If according to your substantial experience, it will cost me more than $20 USD to ship the product back to you, I assume the mathematics would then be:
I pay $20 USD to ship them three all back
I legitimately get my refund of $ 84.88 USD
I would definitely say that I do prefer this last option.
Regarding the comment on your website, I will certainly write a detailed review of all the above emails including the pictures.

If I return the FAULTY items paying the 20USD – do you guarantee the refund of the three FAULTY items? If that is the case, please provide me with the return address.
I can’t believe you SERIOUSLY stated “We recommend that keep the item and you can give it to your friends as gift” --> what kind of gift do you usually buy to your friends? I try to buy nice and quality items, not what I received from you. Unbelievable what you said, really, even worse than the “nearby shop” solution.
Please provide me with the return address and I will pay 20USD and send the items back, wait 20 days and OBTAIN MY ENTITLED REFUND.

Same as everyone else. Ordered in January. In transit in China since February 3rd and since then no movement of my parcel at all. Numerous emails and the only answer is them asking for me to wait. Even when I found out that there was no shipping information anymore. I contacted China post. The parcel had been sent back to them on February 28th, probably because of a false address. Even when I confronted them with this they asked me to wait and then send it back to them.......
I hope I will get my money back through PayPal, but I won't hope too much.

Do not under any circumstances use this bunch of scammers. I ordered a pair of waterproof tactical trousers I got a pair of Ill fitting almost see through polyester cargo pants. After weeks of emails I got a 25% refund and the suggestion I sell them on!

And if they do, I believe the other reviews that say they are cheap material and wrong size.

I wish I can give them a zero review. I bought the pants for a gift 2 months ago, I was given a fake Fedex number, when I checked for the arrival the system couldn’t recognize the tracking number. These people are scams and need to be reported. Stay far and away from this company

These people are scam artists. They took my money moths ago and I never received my or or a refund. Just keep sending me emails that the order is on its way! Complete lies. They even provide phony tracking numbers. They need to be prosecuted for mail fraud.

Wouldn't even give these one star if I could, this company is useless. I bought the pants 33 to 35 inch. I'm usually a 33 inch waste. Waited a month for delivery then when they arrived the pants were so small my 10 year old son could wear them.
They said it would cost too much to send them back so offered me 15% refund which after 6 weeks and 10 emails I still haven't received. I will now give up on them. Being out of pocket and throw the work pants in the bin. AVOID THESE INCOMPETANT CHANCERS AT ALL COST

Do not buy anything from these people . The return policy cost your more than the goods and the only offer a 15 % discount if you buy more .all I can say is run and block there offers they are useless and a waste of money .i stuck with panes that are the wrong size and poorly cut .use them to wash the car .Poor customer service and a waste and also had to wait for a month to get the good .

Absolute Chinese made rubbish. Not even a button hole for a button. All there budget would be spent on the models. Sizes all incorrect to and then costs more to return. Made from cheap Material also. Great for the bin and an education to not buy from these types of online stores again. 👎

Same as everyone else! Never got my order. Only email says to wait 3-5 before tracking. It's been much longer than than. No contact number, nnooooo nothing. Stay away!!

This is a scam, the products are inferior counterfeit. The tac pants were the same as tracksuit shell and they were torn, company kept fobbing me off, they are well aware the way the refund system with PayPal's works and are able to manipulate the system, therefore PayPal would not intervene, they kept trying to tell they would refund me 10%' then 20%. I had no alternative but to keep negotiating with them, I finally achieved a 70% discount for 2 pairs of rubbish pants that will go into the bin. I will now continue to broadcast what a sham this company is. They kept saying that the postage would cost more than a full refund .
If you lodge a complaint with paypal be aware that they will only refund if products did not arrive or they were not as described. Here is an email they sent.
