Absolute nightmare. Ordered from them 6 weeks ago and still haven't received anything except excuses through emails. They just seem to be a Chinese company so save urself some time and money and order straight from wish .

Same trousers on eBay half the price or less.
I ordered a 44 waist and they sent a 40 , I measured them and sent pictures.
They told me to give them to a friend or relatives or I could have a $3 refund.
Chinese tat , rip off company and very dishonest.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES.

One reason I ordered was because of their very attractive online ad & a limited time offer; “Last day, limited time remaining, etc.” (They did not change their ad. After two months, it still says “Last Day”.)
I ordered from their online size chart and the pants came at least 2” smaller. The pants were not made from stretch or breathable material as advertised.
I received different pants from what was in their video ad. Docoshop would not pay return shipping.
“They told me to give them away as a gift.”
The last time I looked out of 92 reviews, DOCOSHOP has a 1 out of 5 average.

Made purchase and paid express shipping two months back. The Fedex shipping code given is bogus still no pants. Looks like Docoshop seeks victims rather than customers

Terrible fit, mediocre material quality and unbelievably bad customer service. A complete rip-off.

Long lead time - took six weeks to receive my order but I did receive it. Bought three pairs of tactical pants and belt. The belt is terribly cheap and simple with a clasp sized such that it will barely pass through any belt loop.

The pants claim to be size 34-36. I am a consistent 34 for my whole adult life. These come in at a 32 at best. Far too tight and there is no way they would fit a 36” waist.

Addressing this with customer service results in numerous emails; “don’t worry we will try to help you...” then asking for pictures of the packaging, pictures of the product, pictures of the wash tags, etc., only to have them say “it would be too expensive for you to return so maybe you can sell them or give as a gift.”

Then they try to say that sizes can be different with small body variations. For 30 years I have bought size 34 in every single pair of pants I own... no way a 34-36 waist is small on me.

What a crap supplier. Total scam.

Absolutely awful. Got mugged off. Crap product, poorly made and far too small as advertised. Offered 10% refund, which if I accepted, I doubt I’d ever receive. Pursuing via PayPal claim.

I should of done my research. Product arrived, looked NOTHING like the picture. It said online that returns were simple, no questions asked etc..
It started with, you must send us pictures.
Then after I argued the point it turned in to a blatant refusal to give a return address.
Then it was the whole we will refund you a percentage 10%, 20% up to 30%..
Oh and then the ‘you can return it, but it’ll cost you £20, keep it and gift it’
I cannot believe that a company like this can trade in this day and age.
THANK GOD I used a credit card, and Barclays have retrieved my money as a ‘disputed transaction’ (in case this helps anyone else in the future!)

Same experience as most posted here. Ordered two pairs of trousers on March 5th. American Express card was charged immediately.
Have been in contact numerous times with the same reply: shipment is in the air so cannot track just now. Tracking numbers are false.
Like everyone else I should have done better research.

They do not deserve one star. Ordered 2 pairs of pants and belt back in March. Going on week 5 now. The contact name gives you the impression it is US based. In actuality they are all Chinese contacts. I let my guard down and should have checked around. Don’t let it happen to you with them or any website. Do the homework before you buy. While they have provided updates at request based on the comments below I now have little faith in these updates or hold out hope for anything that resembles what you can get at Walmart.

Disgusting customer service!
Ordered two pairs of their cargo pants, two different colours but both size XL.
One pair fits, the other not!
Their response: give the pair to someone as a gift!!!!
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Absolutely horrible product and service. Would not offer refund for pants with tags that showed correct size but were way too small. The pockets were not sewn properly and they had holes in them. Most horrible company ever!

Made the same mistake as everyone else who gave this fraudulent company 1 star. All I have to show for it is a fake Fedex tracking number. Avoid this person/company at all cost.

I should have done more research before I bought from them. Ordered 4/3. Said they shipped on 4/5. Still have not received the product. The FedEX tracking number is bogus. I'm glad that I used my credit card so I can get it taken off my balance,

stay away bought trousers from them they were to small
i tried to exchange them for a larger size but they said i had to pay £20 for shipping
website looks like uk but when i recieved my package it was from china
dont use this company

BEWARE. Wish I could GIVE a negative -10. What a SCAM. THE AUDACITY. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING CONNECTED TO THESE RIP OFFS.

Received a jacket that was faulty. They've refused to give me my money back - offered 50% refund and said I had to return faulty item to them and i had to pay the postage cost !!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

Would be zero stars if possible. I have to say the trousers we ordered were good. The boots however were faulty and we have only been offered 15% of cost as a refund! For a faulty unrepairable product!

Just a scam it's a shame that sellers like this are allowed to exist.i have had the same experience as other buyers fake tracking numbers no item shipped like others I should have read the reviews waiting on PayPal case but I don't hold much hope everyone should flood PayPal with refund disputes

They're a scam. Gave a fake tracking number for FedEx. Haven't seen the things I've ordered for almost a month now. No response from them through email when I said I wanted to cancel.
