Do NOT order from here. Its a complete scam. The pants are garbage, they won't fit, and you absolutely can't get your money back. Stay away!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! Like everyone here, wish I would have read the reviews. Ordered pants, got them, zipper was not intact, and they were tiny. Asked for a bigger size. They denied my request. Asked for another pair same size as I ordered, with a zipper that works. My bet is that they deny that too. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR RATING!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!

Like others have stated, I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. The quality was fine but their sizing chart is a joke! I ordered two pair of pants and a jacket. All three were too small. When I contacted them regarding exchanging for a larger size, I was told that I would have to pay shipping which would be approximately $20, the cost of one of the pairs of pants. I would recommend only buying clothing from a reputable online retailer like Amazon, REI, Skaggs, etc. all of whom offer free return and exchange when something doesn’t fit. Consider yourself warned to not buy any clothes from this online retailer.

I wish I had read these reviews earlier. Ordered 3 items, Pants way too small - couldn't even get my leg into it (and I'm a skinny guy). M t-shirt came down to mid thigh and the sleeves below my elbow (It looked like a really bad short dress). The other M T-shirt was too small. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

As I am finding in the reviews it is exactly what I got, this place is the worst and I wish I would have seen this reviews prior to me placing an order, I ordered two pairs of pants receive them approximately three and a half weeks later , when I tried them on they were they were extremely tight, even though they are marked 3XL, I normally wear an XL to a 2XL, when I reached out to them they started giving me the runaround that seems like the normal after I read the reviews, they told me I should give them to a friend and order new ones with a 15% discount, that is what they call customer service, the worst company and I would probably not have sent a review in except I want them to shut down but they'll probably just open up under a different name and continue taking advantage of us suckers on the internet

Bad company with really bad services and cheap products. They barely not reply to comments and for an exchange or a refund, pray! Moreover you have to wait 2 months for the shipement. They ask you for more money when you want an exchange even if this is their fault. Do not trust the size chart.You shouldn't give them money.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased pants from the Docoshop and I paid for a shipping upgrade (was planning on them to arrive by March 23). I used my PayPal account. NOWHERE DOES IT SAY IT IS COMING FROM CHINA. I contacted the shop about my item not arriving in the time expected due to posting the shipping upgrade. When I looked at the tracking, I had to download a different app and that is when i saw it was in SHENZHEN, CHINA. There is no way my package would arrive in the time frame promised. Looking on the Paypal receipt, the name on the account is different than the email on the account and no return address.
These pants were weeks late and the size runs small. The pants material do not stretch.
I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

I’m seeing a lot of complaints from people who have spent more than I did! Absolutely terrible customer service! I paid for 3-5 day shipping and it’s been in the same location for 2 weeks now. When I emailed them, they said “we’re sorry, please accept $3 for compensation”. Once I a requested a full refund, the emails stopped. Highly recommend not buying from these crooks!

BEWARE!!! would give them a zero if they had one! This site is a SCAM!!! We ordered $137.75 on Feb.10, 2020 and haven't received anything and it has been 54 days. We have emailed them, only for them to reply with excuses about giving them 3 more days to check on it!! Would never buy from this place again! BEWARE!!

I bought two pairs of their pants for $60.00 and it took a month to receive them. Tried them on and oh hell. They fit like a pair of skinny jeans and are two small in them waist. They would be a good fit for a bird from China where they are made. They are advertised as rough and ready tactical pants,what a joke. I bought them off of Facebook. FB needs to police their there advertisers and ditch these people. You cannot get in touch with them.Run away from these scam artists.

The Doco shop advert and their comments for the tactical trousers states made and shipped from UK, Fact is they are made from inferior material, poor design fit and made and shipped from China. They are deceiving the public, they are fraudulently selling and breaking advertising regulations. I have put this to AAA for investigation and they are trying to remove the adverts but are unable to do little else because they are a Chinese Co. Spread the word far and wide on social media etc that this Co. is a scam. Worse more, they are deliberately fleecing people at this sad time knowing the difficulties people are going through.

I placed an order totaling approx $89 1 month ago to the day, it took following up with an email 8 days ago to receive any correspondence. At that time they assured me my items were shipped and providing a shipping number.
Checked today on that number and the order is still yet to be fulfilled or shipped.
As far as the quality of the product I may never know but the customer support is atrocious and they will keep your money tied up without delivering the product.

Beware product is not even close to the ad. Very poor sizing and quality.

They have bad customer service I have received my package without the original package and been used I emailed them about the problem asking about the refund they told me to give it somebody as a gift otherwise will cost me $20 to ship it back to them i think China fraud in the USA

I wish I read this before I bought anything stay away!! I clicked the wrong size sent a email 30 seconds after the order was placed didn’t get an email for 2 days at 2am. There a Chinese company selling garbage do not use them

Doco is een foute Toko! Don't order there! Sizes of clothes turn out to be a lot smaller then to be expected (normally I wear size 34, to be sure I ordered size 36: which turned out to be smaller then the size 34 I already have!). When I asked for them to change them for a one size larger item they first asked me for evidence in the form of pictures of items and labels. Which I provided, only to be told that they wouldn't replace or refund!! Mind you: I was quite willing to return the too small item.

Seems to me to be a scam. It took weeks for the order to ship. The pants were not as described. Their return policy was not as described on the web page. I used PayPal so they at least negotiated with me. I got half my money back.

Horrible customer service pants were damaged and the shirt was the wrong color the shirt was 2 sizes too small and the pants about 3 sizes too small customer service advised all orders are inspected before shipping ....they better fire the one that inspected mine I even sent them pics they advised me to regift the damaged clothing as opposed to paying $20.00 shipping and they would give me a 15 percent discount on new order Run do not order from them it also took 7 weeks to get my order to start with beacuse it is made in China!

I ordered a pair of “L” tactical pants for hunting. I wear 34” waist pants and when I received these (from China) they were labeled “L” and supposedly had a 34”-36” waist size. When trying them on, I could barely get my feet into the legs of these “skinny pants”. The thighs were tight and the waist was VERY tight. I contacted Docoshop and they told me that I needed to ship these back (>$20) and they would give me a whopping 15% discount on a new pair. They have refused to work with me due to their mislabeling their size ranges. Amazon would just ship me a new pair as good customer service. Not these guys. DON’T BUY FROM DOCOSHOP! They sell Chinese crap and have zero customer service.
