Amazing experience! I was kept up to date with the processing of my COVID test which really helped ease my anxiety about my results being delayed. Also my results came in 6 hours earlier than expected! Will definitely be using their services again.

I had to take RT-PCR for my son and was googling to find the right place. I spent a little time and didn't manage to get the satisfied test centre. But in the end I've delegated to my wife and based on the recent reviews from TrustPilot though its a bit a drive to Stratford(but its worth a drive), we decided to go with DocTap, and we had fantastic service right from the booking, testing, results etc. Many thanks DocTap.

Incase if you need a PCR test I would certainly recommend DocTap because of the following reasons...

1. Seamless booking process
2. Relatively cheap
3. Get the test results as promised. We went with same day service, gave samples at 1pm, got results at 6:23 pm same day.
4. Notification sent to you all the way from samples collection, sent to lab, testing started, and the results.

Wish I knew where the good reviews were coming from - I have made so many attempts to reach out to DocTap and inquire after their corporate services and every single one has been met by silence or being referred to somebody else to be met with more silence. I never leave bad reviews but this was so disappointing after seeing how well they handle existing customers.

By far the best customer service, hands down! I made a mistake when booking the type of test I needed. I realized prior to traveling that I needed a much cheaper test. Hours before my appointment I reached out to customer service to inquire about a refund or exchange of service. Rahma replied almost immediately presenting me with my refund or exchange options. Less than 15 minutes later I have a new appointment and a refund for the difference. She was beyond great.

In this day & age, good customer service is so very hard to find. I was so grateful not to have to chase in order to get my issue resolved. Definitely a trustworthy service provider.

Absolutely impressed. From the test centre staff, who was so friendly, taking the time to explain the difference between lateral flow and antigen test, to answering my questions patiently. Got my results, back same day. Quick and easy

Fantastic service. Quick and easy test and was seen earlier than my appointment as it was quiet, results came in 30 mins! Just brilliant and a great price. Clear instructions and centre close to home.

Excellent service and friendly too. We went an hour early and they saw us immediately. Results were very fast, under an hour. Highly recommend!

I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews. My Covid test was performed on time in a professional environment (London Bridge location). I received my results for the Antigen test within an hour. The test was accepted by the airline and I didn’t have any problems returning to the USA.

In my stress and panic to get back to Hong Kong, I had not realized the accreditation letter was embedded in doctap's email. As the airline would not let me board at LHR, when I call doctap, the person on the end of the line did not point this out to me. Instead, I was advised that whilst doctap is ISO certified, the lab they use is not. I nearly lost my flight over this extremely stressful incident. Fortunately, as I calmed down, I was able to figure it out for myself. The person on the phone was very, very unhelpful. I won't be using them again!

I visited your Stratford DocTap branch and Henry assisted me. He was very helpful, and went the extra mile of advising and reassuring me that the test will come on time, and that the Doc Tap company is reliable. He was very patient as i was not comfortable taking the test, but he took his time and just told me to relax. Thank you again Henry for going the extra mile, nice to know people still care. :)

The test was very easy and quick and we had our results within 2 minutes. No issues at the airport flying with the email / test results. We booked our appointments at 9:15 and 9:30 but they took us in at 9. Easy, convenient, trustworthy.

I booked a PCR test for 1st May as I travel on the 3rd. I went to the appointment and had no issues, friendly doctor, easy to find, and booking was easy too. I had my test and was told I'd have the result by midnight the next night. They sent 2 email updates advising the test had been registered and then was on its way to the lab. I hadn't heard anything by 11PM so I reached out. The next day they told me there had been a delay with my results and that they could bring me in for a free same day PCR, they also decided to refund my booking as a goodwill gesture. I went the second time, same experience again, friendly doctor, in and out in 2 minutes. Had my test at 11 and got the results around 6, with lots of email updates along the way. If you need a PCR test to travel, please do use Doctap, they are the best and they have a genuinely great customer service team

I have been attended by Marisa for a PCR test for travelling. And what a lovely, sweet, calm and understanding person! One of the best assistant I have ever been attended by in London.

Actually, I was complaining to myself because I had to do a PCR test to go to my country what I felt very silly. And I am going out from the clinic thinking that I would definitely come back again!!! - thank you to Marisa :)
