A few days after I received confirmation of the approbation by the custom services.
Today I went to the post office and they informed me that the pack went back to Thailand with no explanation;

As we can see from track you did not give an information to your national customs about package and they sent it back to Thailand. We always warn that in all countries there are their own custom policy and rules and we can't be responsible for this. First of all, this is my second order for a product that is not available in my country. It takes 5 to 6 weeks. But my packages arrives in great shape. I will order with Doctor Thailand again for sure.

Responsive company - Fast delivery.
DoctorThai offers great products.
Had an issue with the delivery, but that was quickly solved.
Overall, it was pretty fast -less than 2 weeks- through Intl Small Packet-Air.

I placed an order June of this year and have never received it (now October). When I reached out asking for updates, they never replied. When I filed a charged back, they’re quick to ask why. Overall, they LIED about already shipping my order and provided someone’s order tracking number. Seems like they do ship out other orders just not mine, don’t know what they got against me lol 🤪
