I originally lost my package due to a postal error, but my neighbor found it. The postmaster had put the package into the wrong mailbox. This was due to the fact that the label was handwritten, instead of typewritten. Dr. Thailand should type his labels so this does not happen again. Otherwise, product was as advertised and genuine.

Great communication, normal delivery time and got what ordered.

Hello everybody! Ordered at doctor thailand website balms and inhalers to Paris! Delivered successfully with FedEx in 10 days despite the fact that I paid Thai post shipping. Products are good quality! I am very happy! Thank you!

This company is fraudulent. They don’t admit on their website that most countries do not allow importation of pharmaceuticals products, namely Thyroid-S. In fact they refuse to use DHL shipping because they know DHL will refuse to ship thyroid-s. They just tell you they can’t use DHL because it’s too expensive. The truth is they know full well thyroid-s will not be accepted by customs in the destination country, but by the time you find this out, you’ve paid them and they then refuse refunds, even if the order is returned to them. They are simply taking money for nothing.

Haven’t received my order which was placed on 6th May.

I am happy with Doctor Thailand as I received all of my order and they’re not missing. The process was good as well
If I had any question I would ask and would get the the reply. The reply would sometime take time.

I purchased from this website and i had a few issues. I have 2 snacks missing from my order, i have a pack of chilli which is of a lower quality not same as picture (i ordered 3 in total, 2 was Dried Jinda Chilli which is as described and 1 was different Dried Goat Pepper a cheaper chilli, also a pack had mould in it). I contacted the seller via Whatsapp and raised the issue waited a week and had no response, then i contacted them again via their website waited another 2 weeks and still had no response from them.
This website is dodgy, dishonest, unreliable. Once they have taken the money then thats it done, they don’t want to deal with the problems. I spent almost 200 USD on their website and even saved their website for future bulk orders of medicine but now i have deleted it and i definitely won’t be using it again.

If only i could upload pictures here of the whatsapp message i sent them that shows the date i contacted them and the 2 ticks showing the message has been read but with no response, then it will prove that what i’m saying is true.
The only reply i got is from a review a month later from Trustpilot where they’re saying i’m talking something unrealistic and requested the order number.

The only part of this website that seems to work is the part that CHARGES YOUR CREDIT CARD.

Then......nothing. No contact, no reply to emails...they don't even answer their phone. You have been warned.
