Having setup a dog walking business and purchased a van we were in the market for a sturdy dog transportation system that could accommodate 4 x dogs in their own cages. It was important to us to have solid sides between the cages so anxious dogs were not agitated by the dog in the next cage, they needed to be study with lockable back doors, have escape hatches on the rear of the unit, and have a removable inner wall to create a larger space for bigger dogs.

The 'mix and match' approach offered by Dog Box UK was perfect for what we wanted, 2 x smaller cages on top with 2 x larger cages on the bottom. I contacted the team at Dog Box UK and they were back to me within hours with details of the cages, lead times for delivery, and confirmation that the configuration of cages would fit the inner dimensions of the van. I also needed to call about a few small details and found them to be extremely friendly and helpful.

The cages turned up on the time/date agreed and we were not disappointed. They are extremely well made, much more sturdy and easy to clean than a number of others we looked at. They were easy to fit, literally need a drill, spanner and hex driver (although you need to be prepared to get underneath your van to secure them!). Overall we're extremely pleased with the cages and with the help and support we received from Dog Box UK.

One final thing, the price - they were at least 45% cheaper than other comparable systems on the market we considered.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Whilst a somewhat drawn-out process, which was down to us needing to be sure of what we wanted, Dean was very helpful with his advice and nothing was too much trouble. The end product is superb and exactly as we wanted. The quality of construction is spot on and the finish is perfect. As the crate had to be shipped to Jersey it was well protected and firmly strapped to the pallet. It is now in situ in our van and I have no doubt will serve us for many years to come. Having shopped around the total cost including shipping was well within an acceptable limit for the quality of the end product. I have no hesitation in recommending DogBox to anyone requiring a safe and well built transport crate. Well done and keep up the good work.
