Excellent service, great product

I am delighted with the quality of the boxes. They fit perfectly. I would have given 5 stars but for the time it took to receive them. I understand it takes a certain amount of time to create such quality, but I feel over a month is a bit excessive and more communication would have been appreciated. Saying that, I would recommend Dogbox.

Delivery prompt quality good. Unfortunately i had to have a very slightly smaller box than was ideal due to lack of stock. I could of waited 2 weeks but time was an isuue Unfortunately. The box is good 👍

The cages Dog Box UK made for Canine Commando Club are absolutely flawless. The way they fully catered to our bespoke design needs was second to none. I truly couldn't recommend a better canine cage company.

This is the third request for a review of the product and following some back and forth with the seller which left me distinctly unimpressed I am reluctantly going to give my feedback. I contacted the seller to report that whilst the fan is most certainly effective we were finding the noise level generated by the fan to be very much intrusive. We have a standard size 4 x 4 (Rav4).

The seller's response was that they have 4 fans running in a van, carrying 8 dogs and the dogs sleep just fine. I have no doubt that in a van the noise from the fans may not be an issue for the human occupants but in a domestic vehicle it is my opinion and experience that the noise is very much an issue, particularly on a long journey.

No offer was made to accept a return and no further communication after the van reference.

Caveat emptor.

Good quality dog box along with expert advice. Would recommend them.

Lovely cages just what I needed for my van. They arrived in good time, and were well wrapped. solid well made cages. The only thing I would have liked is to include the clearance for the escape hatch in the instructions. I didn’t have enough room to get my dogs out into the internal area in the van so have removed the hatch and utilised it in a different way.

Good communication from the start, very smooth process even after I'd been told my boxes would have to be modified to suit my requirements.
Absolutely no complaints once my order had been delivered, the boxes are of high quality and craftsmanship and came in the colour I'd asked for.
I'm very glad that I got the boxes from here, it's been an investment for the future as they'll last for years and look professional!

Easy to order, fast delivery and great communication all the way.

Had a bespoke dog box made and then an upstand tray top to go on another unit I had for use in our day bus. A very very professional looking product. Ours was power coated grey and black and with the automotive carpets and coverings in the bus has a real F1 mechanic look. In our conversion the dog box gets all the comments. Very easy to deal with Dean and get the details sorted out. Overall very happy with service and product. Would use them again and recommend without question.
